My love of all things beauty came about when I started reading Allure Magazine way back in 1991/2(who remembers the big issues?!) by way of my always fashion-forward Mom. I was always intrigued by the best of the best products and artists, so it’s only natural for me to be where I am today. I started off my beauty career with positions at Chanel, Stila, and Bobbi Brown, while also receiving my Cosmetology license. I worked in the salon for many years doing hair also but now all my talents are focused on Weddings!

My passion at The Makeup Dolls is to have you looking absolutely radiant, even with the slightest amount of makeup. As a Licensed Cosmetologist I specialize in ethereal, organic looking hairstyles and my makeup philosophy is to create looks that are delicate yet naturally glamorous. With being proficient in both hair and makeup, a cohesive look can be achieved so you feel effortlessly beautiful! I am always available for consultations or questions beauty related.     Soft glam that still felt me!

    Working with The Makeup Dolls was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From our first conversation, Violet was clear about what her team could do and worked with us to create a vision that felt right for our big day. Her team's skill is truly world-class—everyone in our wedding party looked and felt their absolute best. What impressed us most was how they kept everything on schedule without making us feel rushed; somehow they gave us all the time we needed to get the glam just right. The team was professional and warm, and they treated each person like they mattered. We can't recommend The Makeup Dolls enough!
