My clients are spread out across the US, Canada, and the UK! All coaching is done remotely through your online client portal and zoom.
I require a 3-month minimum! But most of my brides and babes start anywhere from 6-12 months out. It's never too early to start because I want to make sure you are feeling comfortable and confident heading into your wedding month!
I use an all foods fit approach, which means your dietary preference will always be met! I work with clients who are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc. As a registered dietitian, I also can help guide you through improving your labs!
