With having an adventurous spirit from the start, an appreciation for the simple pleasures in life, and preferring mother nature over the indoors, working with flowers came naturally to me. After experiencing nearly 8 years in the floral business, I decided to embark on my own venture and Wild Heart Floral was born. I learned that I wanted to bring weddings back to the heart by offering services that cater to more intimate gatherings.

At Wild Heart we want to create an experience for you that keeps you worrying about all the details to a minimum. When souring blooms and other elements, we are proud to support local and sustainable offerings. We consider it an honor to be able to create a little magic for you and yours and can’t wait to hear from you!

    Dream wedding flowers!

    Working with Kaylie was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The flowers were vibrant, unique, and matched exactly what we envisioned in our vision board. Perfect for a spring wedding! My bouquet, with the protea as the standout, was not only beautiful but also held special meaning for me. Kaylie was also able to perfectly incorporate some bowls that we bought from Round Top and wanted to use in the altar arrangements. Every arrangement felt thoughtfully designed and perfectly suited to our wedding theme, and everything was very cohesive. The florals looked stunning in person and translated beautifully in our photos. Kaylie worked within our budget without compromising on quality or style. She is professional, talented, and easy to collaborate with, so the entire process was stress-free and enjoyable. She picked up on exactly the kind of vibe we wanted and executed on it! We’d highly recommend Wild Heart to anyone looking for unforgettable floral design and top-notch service.

    Kaylie is amazing!

    Kaylie did the florals for my November wedding and she knocked it out of the park! She completely understood my vision and brought it to life and then some! Kaylie was amazing to work with! She was incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process! I told her I wanted a romantic, moody, dark vibe and showed her a few pictures. She was able to totally create that exact thing! I'm not sure everyone would have understood the way I described it lol! I would highly recommend Kaylie to anyone planning a wedding! Not only is her work absolutely stunning, but she is the sweetest person! I truly cannot say enough great things about her!! Thank you so much Kaylie for making our special day an amazing experience!

Wild Heart Floral is happy to work with any budget. We offer full service custom weddings and events including installations starting at $6,000. We also offer intimate wedding packages starting at $1,500 with ala carte items such as centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and bud vase arrangements to choose from!
Sorry, we do not offer flower preservation. However, we’re happy to recommend a few local vendors who provide this service. Just let us know if this is a service you are interested in!
Yes! We offer a variety of rentals to select from to suit any style or theme. Our inventory is sourced by Wild Heart Floral and rentals are included in the cost of our designs. We have a collection of decor items ranging from beautiful candle holders, pedestals, and vintage decor. We are happy to select help select decor for a a one of a kind-custom full service experience!
Yes! After the contract is signed, we provide one mockup, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to create this between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day.
Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.
Consultations last approximately 1 hour but can take up to 2 for larger weddings. Please come with as many details about your wedding as possible so that we can better help your dreams become a reality. This can include venue selection, photos of your wedding attire, color palette, inspiration photos and more. After your consultation, we will draw up an initial proposal and email this to you!
We serve the greater Austin area as well as The Hill Country. However, travel is welcomed! We do have a delivery fee that is calculated when mileage is determined.
