    Terrible Company! Trash Customer Service!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM NYB! I had ordered flowers, Chocolates, Balloons and wine for a friend's birthday and chose the date of delivery only for them to deliver it two days before because they had onky one day shipping and don't ship out on Saturdays! My friend didn't get it delivered to her door, instead Saturday in a mail room for two days while I expected package on the date of delivery I chose! All perishable items were ruined! They didn't want to replace, they only compensated the damaged items. I thought I'd give them a second chance for another friend's birthday and they did me worse!! This time they had 2 day delivery which I scheduled ahead of time for the date of delivery I chose. Tell me why two day shipping became a WHOLE WEEK!! It got delivered a week later, and items inside were for sure ruined but my friend never even got it! They said it delivered at a front desk reception area, but nothing was ever dropped off, package lost and I was told that the carrier is responsible! No accountability as to why if their site says 2 day shipping, why are they sending it through USPS ground shipping which takes up to 5 days to deliver!! And want to Charge 150 for 2 day express shipping???? Make it make sense!!! Never Ever again will I ever do business with them as well as my friends who I tried to do something nice for and either got items ruined or not delivered at all!! I've been spreading the word on this terrible experience! Be warned if you do business with this company be ready to have your package, lost, or stolen, delays, ruined items and no customer service to correct issue correctly!!
