About Aster & Bee

Aster & Bee

Owner & Floral Designer

Hi there, I'm Jessica! One of my favorite things about being a wedding florist is getting to create living art. This kind of art is never stagnant, never monotonous. The medium represents growth, connection and love- a perfect symbol to surround my beautiful couples on their wedding day.

I believe that the floral arrangements should be a reflection of your personality and style, and I work closely with each of my clients to create designs that are both elegant and unforgettable. I root every floral design in sentimental, styled selections- often locally sourced, always hand-selected and undeniably immersive.

    The florals of my dreams

Working with Jessica was a treat. She was an incredible listener and translated our inspiration into reality spectacularly. Her arrangements were dynamic, structural, cohesive and so intentionally crafted. We shared some specific elements/colors we wanted and she was able to run with our ideas and turn them into a full floral design vision board. Jessica had candles and votives, and sourced these gorgeous ribbons for the bouquets. She thoughtfully incorporated all our requests and was happy to adjust throughout the planning process. I can’t recommend her more highly!

Whenever possible, I source flower varieties from local flower farms. This also means choosing seasonal varieties as they bloom. Local farming with seasonal blooms produces less waste than international shipping and is more kind to pollinators.
Every wedding is unique, and so is every floral proposal! During your consultation, we'll go over the specific floral elements you envision for your big day, from bouquets and centerpieces to ceremony arrangements. We'll also discuss reception details like table sizes, guest count, and your overall floral budget. To make the most of our time together, email any inspiration photos you have, along with details about your venue and wedding style. This will help me create a customized floral proposal and pricing that accurately reflects your floral vision!
Absolutely! After booking, I typically create a digital floral mock-up that includes your custom floral recipe, giving you a visual representation of your wedding flowers. If you’d like a physical mock-up of your centerpiece, I offer them during the same season as your wedding to ensure the flowers used reflect local and seasonal availability. All physical mock-ups are an additional charge as they require real product, labor and delivery.
Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception. :)
Yes! We offer a variety of rentals for an additional cost from candles, specialty vases, arches and more. Get in touch to see our full list.
Once you’ve secured your wedding venue and date, it’s time to book your key vendors—including your florist! I recommend reserving your floral design 8-12 months before your wedding to ensure availability. Having a general idea of your preferred style, color palette, and floral needs is helpful, but don’t worry—I'll guide you through the design process and suggest arrangements that complement your venue and vision.
My floral design style is garden-inspired, full of lush blooms, natural movement, and rich texture. I love working with soft pastels and vibrant color palettes, but I also have a deep appreciation for timeless ivory-and-green designs with layered textures. If you’re drawn to romantic, organic, and artfully curated florals, we’re likely a perfect match!
