Yay! Gifts and Cards creates personalized keepsakes and live engraving experiences for weddings and wedding-weekend celebrations throughout the Denver Metro area. From guest favors and wedding-party gifts to an interactive engraving station where keepsakes are personalized on-site, each experience is thoughtfully designed to help couples make their guests feel seen, welcomed, and appreciated.

    Wonderful approach to Team Recognition!

    Yay! Gifts and Cards helped me come up with the perfect gift for my team recognition and holiday gift. In previous years I generally selected some type of food item or general off the shelf gifts. Through conversations and suggestions we landed on personalized charcuterie boards for the team.     Desiree is amazing! She gave me the cutest idea to personalize clipboards for my kid's teachers. The clipboards are high quality and the personalized message and name on each clipboards brought some teachers to tears. She can even engrave in Chinese! I was blown away! Before your celebration, we’ll choose a keepsake and personalization approach that fits your event, guests, and budget. On the day of the event, Yay! sets up a polished engraving station where guests can have their keepsake personalized while they watch. They leave with both a memorable experience and a meaningful gift made just for them.
Keepsake options may include luggage tags, keychains, compact mirrors, bottle openers, coasters, ornaments, notebooks, and other engravable gifts. Rather than overwhelming you with choices, I’ll curate a small selection based on your wedding style, guest list, budget, and the experience you want to create.
The Pop-In is designed for intimate celebrations of up to 15 guests, while the Engraving Station accommodates up to 35. Larger guest counts may be supported through a customized Signature Experience with adjusted keepsake options, timing, and staffing. Share your estimated attendance, and I’ll recommend the best approach.
The engraving station has a compact footprint and can be incorporated into many wedding and event layouts. Exact table, seating, power, and placement needs depend on the selected experience and keepsake. I’ll provide clear setup requirements in advance and coordinate with you, your planner, or your venue so everything is ready before guests arrive.
Booking at least four to eight weeks ahead is recommended so there is time to select and source your keepsakes, approve personalization details, and coordinate with your venue. More lead time is helpful for larger celebrations and popular dates. If your event is approaching sooner, reach out—availability and rush options may vary.
Yes. Yay! can create personalized wedding favors, wedding-party gifts, parent gifts, welcome gifts, and other keepsakes in advance, without an on-site engraving station. We’ll select the items, personalization, and presentation based on your needs, and everything will be completed before your celebration.
Yay! Gifts and Cards is based in Centennial, Colorado, and primarily serves weddings throughout the Denver Metro and surrounding communities. Travel outside the immediate area may be available depending on the date, location, and selected experience. Any applicable travel costs will be included clearly in your custom quote.
