Pricing depends on coverage time, location, guest count, set design, and production needs. Travel or custom setup fees may apply outside our standard service area. We provide clear pricing before booking with no surprise charges.
We start with a short consultation to understand the wedding, venue, timeline, and vision. From there, we plan the setup, coordinate logistics with the venue or planner, produce the experience on-site, and professionally edit and deliver the recorded conversations afterward.
Our background includes professional wedding videography, video production, audio recording, lighting, editing, and event production.
After years working in weddings and video production, we saw how many meaningful conversations and stories disappear once the wedding day is over. Vowdio was created to capture those moments in a more personal way.
We work with couples, wedding planners, venues, businesses, organizations, galas, and private event clients throughout Massachusetts and New England.
One of our recent experiences was produced for a business gala at Danversport. We created a complete recording lounge where guests could sit down, share stories, and have meaningful conversations on camera throughout the event.
