In general, I recommend reaching out 8–12 weeks before your wedding. - Envelope addressing: Book 8–12 weeks before invitations are mailed (2–4 weeks production once addresses are final). - Day-of details (welcome signs, seating charts, place/escort cards, menus, table signs): Typically finalized and produced 3–5 weeks before the event, once layouts and guest counts are confirmed. - Keepsakes: Usually completed within 2–4 weeks after details are approved. From there, I gather inspiration, materials, and layout details to ensure the lettering integrates seamlessly into your overall wedding design. Once the direction is confirmed, I move into production. Because every piece is hand-lettered, the process prioritizes thoughtful preparation and clarity with one revision included in the timeline. Any additional revisions are discussed in advance to ensure timelines and expectations remain clear.
