Growing up in Wyoming County, the heart of New York’s dairy & farming industry, Josh has a real appreciation for fresh food products. His family’s restaurants and their farms sparked a passion for carefully choosing sources of food. Josh’s dedication to sourcing and using the best fresh and local products is evident in his cooking. Josh went to culinary school at Johnson & Wales University in North Miami. He took the skills he learned from working in his family and other local restaurants and continued to develop them at J&W. After culinary school, Josh came back to Western New York and opened a catering business.

We make you and your guests feel like family, with elevated, locally sourced food. Our focus on using local ingredients, providing all the services you need from food, beverages & bar, desserts & coffee to linens and more!

For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 16 months in advance.
We can provide individual fully vegetarian or vegan menus, we can accomodate dairy free, soy free, gluten free guests. Please ask for any other dietary needs!
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
Delivery fees within a 25 mile radius of Perry, NY are included with the service fee. Additional fees may apply to deliveries to other areas.
