Owner and Lead Bartender

Crafted by Collin was born out of my love for great drinks and even better experiences. I’ve always enjoyed trying to recreate, and improve, the cocktails I’ve had at bars and restaurants, constantly testing ways to make them taste just right at home. That passion eventually turned into something bigger: bringing that same care and craft to weddings, private parties, and special events. Whether it’s a perfectly balanced margarita or a signature cocktail we build together, I’m all about delivering great drinks, smooth service, and a bar experience that feels effortless for you and your guests.

What makes Crafted by Collin different isn’t just the drinks, it’s the process. Every event I book includes a full, personalized consultation where we talk through everything: your ideal vibe, guest flow, what drinks work best for your crowd, and even how much alcohol you really need (no overbuying here). I don’t roll in blind with a shaker. I show up with a plan, a purpose, and a drink menu we crafted together. You’ll never have to guess what’s happening behind the bar, and your guests will feel it from the first pour.

No, we don’t sell or supply alcohol. You’ll purchase all the alcohol for your event, but don’t worry during your consultation, we'll discuss details on how much you need to buy based on your menu, guest count, and preferences so you don’t over or under buy.
I bring all the professional tools needed to run the bar: shakers, jiggers, strainers, ice scoops, bar mats, bar towels, and garnish trays. In the Crafted and Luxe packages, I also bring mixers, garnishes, signage, and other bar essentials.
Absolutely! That’s a key part of your consultation. I’ll walk you through exactly what you need based on your guest count, drink menu, and event length. You’ll leave the planning call with a complete alcohol checklist.
Only in the Luxe Bar package. For all other events, you’ll be responsible for those items unless added on during our consultation.
No, I’m not a mobile bar rental service. If your venue doesn’t have a bar setup, I can bring a simple folding table with a black tablecloth upon request. If you’re looking for a more styled bar display, I’m happy to coordinate with a vendor or planner.
YES! That's why I do this and one of my favorite parts. During your consultation, we’ll talk through your favorite drinks, flavor profiles, and event vibe. I’ll help you create 1–3 signature cocktails that fit your style, and I’ll print a custom menu for the bar.
Yes. I carry all legally required liability insurance for your event, and I’m fully compliant with North Carolina’s requirements for private event bartending.
