Jessica Cordner Harpist

I'm a professional harpist and graduated from The University of Utah with my Bachelor of Music in Harp Performance. Playing the harp is my passion! I've played for over 16 years and have a wide variety of experience. Recently I've played in The Tree Room at Sundance and the Snow Park Lodge in Park City. I also teach and arrange in my private studio. The harp is a magical touch for weddings, parties, receptions, corporate events, and more!

My love for music is what drives my time at the harp, and my inspiration to play began with Elizabeth Smart. I have performed for a wide variety of community organizations, establishments, and events both as a solo and ensemble player. I've arranged for Alex Boye and studied with notable harpist Emmanuel Ceysson. You'll find I set aside time to consult with you and select the perfect music for your big day! As we discuss any special requests, I'll also send you a recording to make sure my arrangement is exactly what you're looking for!

    Highly talented and wonderful to work with!

    Jessica is an extremely talented musician I highly recommend booking! She played at my Tracy Aviary wedding and was an absolute hit with our guests! Her music elevated our event and made it feel so elegant! She provided a clear outline with her requirements when booking (shaded area, what specific songs to play, etc). Jessica was able to get set up on the day of the event without any direction as we had done thorough pre-planning. She timed the ceremony songs perfectly with every transition! I am so grateful to have had her perform at our wedding!

Absolutely! I love taking special requests with advance notice. One or more special requests may change pricing for your event. Purchase of sheet music, complexity of the song, and the amount of time I have to learn the music are factors I take into consideration.
I arrive one hour before I begin playing. This allows time for me to communicate about day of details, set up, tune, and warm-up. I've found this also provides peace of mind for my clients on the big day.
