Whether that was a dance class, piano lessons, painting or theater. I've also had a knack for management. Managing my time, keeping up with chaos or connecting with people. This helped me plan my own wedding, help friends with their's and ultimately, end up in the wedding industry where I truly feel I belong.

Laura Curtis, a Culinary Institute of America grad, was working as a R&D chef when she made her first batch of bright pink, tart & fruity Raspberry Hibiscus marshmallows. Her husband suggested she name the new amply fluffy creations Malvi, short for malvavisco, the Spanish word for marshmallow. She created Malvi Mallows using European-Style butter and Fair-Trade chocolate to make Malvi cookies extra rich, and dried hibiscus flowers, locally roasted espresso, whole vanilla bean, and organic Georgia peanuts to maximize marshmallow flavors, then built a business so that everyone can party s'more.
