The Heirloom Peach

I am a custom baker that specialized in great flavors, real ingredients and old fashioned techniques. Flavor is the most important part of every dessert to me, whether it is a wedding cake or chocolate chip cookies.

I started my baking journey by going to culinary school over a decade ago. Since then I have worked in lots of different restaurants and hotels continuing to learn along the way. I know have my own shop where I take everything I have learned (and keep on learning) to create beautiful, delicious desserts for you.
