We will arrive one hour before the scheduled start time of your event and commence the setup process.
Certainly! To ensure optimal photo quality and protection, it is advisable to set up under a covered area or canopy. However, in the event of severe weather conditions such as high winds or extreme weather, outdoor setup may not be feasible.
Absolutely ! We offer a wide variety of premium backdrops that can elevate the ambiance of your occasion with their luxurious and stylish aesthetics.
To secure your date. We required a $250 deposit along with a completed contract. And the final balance is due 14 days before your prior event.
Cancellation should be made 30 days or more before your prior date. $100 cancellation fee per service. A full deposit will be non-refundable if cancellation made between 30 days of the event.
Certainly, we are insured. Please contact us if the venue of the event necessitates proof of insurance.
