She made the process easy, relaxing, stress free and kept everything on time during the day! She talked me off a ledge a few days before when the weather wasn’t looking great for our outdoor wedding. She explained how she had a backup plan and other options available to make sure we had our dream photos! She checked in regularly throughout the process and offered suggestions and advice when looking for another vendor and of course outfit advice for our engagement pictures. “My husband and I got married in September in Providence, RI. I knew I wanted a photographer that was bright and colorful because of the venue and vibe of the day. I was nervous I wasn’t going to be able to find someone and would need to settle because I planned our wedding in 4 months. The original photographer I reached out to was not available and gave me Maria’s information. I was excited that she had the availability on such short notice, but once we had our first call with her I knew we had made the right decision and the day was going to be a blast. Communication up to our wedding was precise and clear. When the day came, it felt like we had known Maria and Jackson our entire lives. It was like hanging out with some of our closest friends. They made sure we got all the shots that we wanted, but also still enjoyed every second of the day. We did do a first look so it helped with picture timing but what was considered our cocktail hour (the entire night was cocktail style) they followed us around and took candida and groups when necessary. It was perfect. Not once did we feel like we had taken too many pictures. We got married on a rooftop but they also made sure that we had shots in the city streets and a large variety of locations. When we got our sneak peaks I was truly speechless (and ugly crying). I was absolutely blown away by how PERFECTLY they had captured our day. You could feel the joy radiating from the photos and the colors and clarity was unbelievable. I am still speechless and in awe of how amazing our pictures came out. Our day was absolutely perfect but Maria and Jackson for sure made it memorable with the most breathtaking pictures. They truly tell a story and how fun the entire night was. I look at the photos constantly and I don’t foresee that stopping anytime soon. We get SO many compliments from people about how beautiful they are and everyone asks who the photographer was. I 100000% recommend MTD Photo. Hands down one of the best decisions we could’ve made for the day.”
