From the moment we first reached out, the team was responsive, quick, and clear in their communication, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Kendra did our initial tour and did a great job laying everything out on the table so there wouldn’t be any surprises. We could not believe everything that was included and the value- but it truly is an all inclusive experience. Mary was great with communication and answered all of my questions (even the really silly ones). On the day of, the quality of their work was truly amazing - they executed my vision perfectly, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Tammy, Ellen, and Brian who were our incredible photo/video team, went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and ensure we had a fun, memorable experience. Last but certainly not least - Laura was our coordinator and she was absolutely EPIC. She played such a huge role throughout the process and relieved so much of my stress through multiple meetings and emails. She made sure everything was perfect the day of, kept me calm (which is not easy to do) and was an absolute gem. She is truly one of a kind and the absolute best - I could not have asked for a better coordinator. We heard rave reviews about every aspect of the experience—from the beauty of the venue, to the exceptional service provided by every staff member they interacted with, to the incredible food. “Coyote Hills Golf Course was a wonderful choice for our wedding venue. From the beginning, the communication with the staff was easy, friendly and effective. The outdoor ceremony site was worth every penny - it was beautifully landscaped and provided a gorgeous backdrop for our vows. While the indoor reception venue was a little tight, the staff did a great job coordinating the event flow and ensuring everything ran smoothly. “From our first conversation with The Vintage Rose, we knew we'd found our venue. The team was responsive to every question and made themselves available whenever we needed them, which took so much stress out of the planning process. Our coordinator truly went above and beyond on the day of—when our florist didn't show up to move the centerpieces, she jumped in with the staff to handle it without us even knowing, so we could just focus on enjoying our day. The space itself is stunning and the pricing is amazing (especially with everything that is included!) which we really appreciated. Our families felt so welcomed by everyone there, the drinks never stopped, the DJ kept the dance floor full, and the food was delicious! “We had an amazing experience with this venue. The team was incredibly helpful, flexible, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. The venue itself is beautiful, and the catering was excellent—high-quality food with a wide variety of options. Portions were generous, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food. A special thank you to Shane and Cameron, who went above and beyond. They allowed us to stop by before the rehearsal to drop off items and practice our dance, which made everything much less stressful. On the wedding day, there was a miscommunication between vendors that led to an additional fee, and the venue was kind enough to help accommodate it. We also thought we had lost an important personal item, and Shane took the time to check the security footage and confirm that nothing was missing. We truly appreciated that extra level of care. We’re so grateful for their support in making our special day so memorable. Highly recommend it!”

“Our experience with Orange Hill was amazing! We only had our reception there, and it turned out better than I could have imagined. The staff were all great and helpful. I definitely recommend having your reception here! It was so beautiful and honestly, for everything you get with the packages, it’s more affordable than a lot of venues we were looking at. We had 86 guests and chose the Elegance package in the Starlight room, and it came with the room, all of the food (4 passed around appetizers, salad, bread and butter, entree), an open bar for 2 hours, a custom cake, and a patio area. I would skip out on the upgrades like changing the chairs or linens. Save yourself some money there, because it’s still beautiful without those upgrades. The food was absolutely delicious! We did the steak and chicken, and it was super yummy. I was nervous after reading a few reviews online of the food not being as good as during the tasting because it’s being mass produced, but that wasn’t the case at all! The one thing not included anywhere in the info packets is that you have no other option than to valet park, so just know that your guests will either have to pay for that, or you can pay for everyone’s valet and it’s 10 per car. We ended up paying for everyone’s valet which was another 500 so just be prepared for that if you don’t want your guests to have to worry about paying. It was an amazing day!”

“The Anaheim Hotel was an amazing venue for our wedding weekend! We held our entire wedding weekend (Welcome Dinner, Ceremony and Reception) at the Anaheim Hotel and are so glad we chose to work with them. The poolside Cabana added a touch of elegance and allowed our guests to mingle in a relaxed atmosphere. Our guests enjoyed watching the Disneyland fireworks poolside as the night wound down. The Veranda Lawn is a beautiful space for a ceremony and the ballroom is a fun space for a reception - spacious enough for our large guest list, yet intimate enough for heartfelt moments. Jamie from the hotel was great to work with planning our weekend. She is detailed, accommodating and has an upbeat attitude. She listened to our preferences and made our dreams come true. A short example of her attention to detail and care: our wedding day was hotter than forecasted and on the day of, she asked if we would want to set up umbrellas for our guests to keep them comfortable. She had them set up on short notice, making sure they were placed them exactly as we had asked. That attentive and professional attitude extended to the staff, they anticipating our needs before we even asked. The hotel's ability to host both the ceremony and reception made planning so much easier. The food was quite good, nearly every guest completely finished their plate. The bar team is stellar, everybody enjoyed their drinks. If you are looking for a beautiful space that will seamlessly host your wedding, look no further. Bonus: Having guest rooms on-site made the entire weekend convenient for our out-of-town family and friends.”
