On the day he showed up early to make sure things were set up properly (something our venue and planner were particularly appreciative of), ran the mics for the ceremony which went off without a hitch (except for the obligatory sirens during our vows), and played amazing music all night long. We had assembled hours and hours of playlists — it felt like Kelton intuited all of the important songs and played them at the right time — everything was flawless. “This man is magic. Alex was extremely patient with me during the entire planning process knowing it’s very overwhelming trying to narrow down songs to specific moments. Especially when both me and my husband love all different types of music. He communicated clearly with what we needed to select throughout the day, and anything we hadn’t decided on he understood what vibe was and nailed it. Everyone was on the dance floor from the moment formalities ended to the last song of the night (Cinema by Skrillex of course). I asked for a party and Alex delivered exactly that (& better)! Where do we even begin to say how grateful and how much fun we had ar our wedding? We had such an amazing experience with 3 West from start to finish and could not recommend them enough. We kicked off a video call with co-owner, Matt, who spent time getting to know us personally, broke down their services, how everything works and answered all of our questions. We truly felt like we were in good hands. Our biggest priority for our wedding was the DJ. We love dancing and listening to music and we wanted someone who would keep everyone on the dance floor. DJ Jeff was referred to us by a family friend who raved about him! And he did not disappoint! About a month out from the wedding we hopped on a video call with Jeff to go over our vision of the day, songs we would like to be played and he also took the time to know us as a couple. DJ Jeff exceeded all expectations! He played one hit after another and made it extremely hard to leave the dance floor. Get yourself a DJ that gives your bridal hairstylist anxiety with how your hair turned out by the end of the reception. All of our guests were shouting for an encore by the end of the night. We have still been getting calls and messages about how much fun our guests had and how awesome DJ Jeff was. “I have nothing but amazing things to say about Cherrywood Ensembles. They are just such a talented, kind, and well-mannered group of individuals. I booked Cherrywood Ensembles for my wedding and cocktail hour. I purchased the quartet and added a piano for the ceremony. For the cocktail hour, we had the quartet play! I also booked their DJ from 5-9 pm for the reception! I loved everything about their services! I read the reviews online and noticed that some people were uncomfortable that the quartet didn’t come to the rehearsal, but after talking to Brian, the owner, I had no doubts that they were going to perform perfectly at the ceremony! All I did on my end was give him specific details about the ceremony (song I wanted to walk to down, the start and finish time) and they NAILED it on the day of the wedding! I purchased the 2.5 hour package for the quartet and gave them a timeline of when the ceremony was to start, end, and when they should head over to the reception venue to play for cocktail hour. When I arrived at the venue, I was in tears at how well they were playing my favorite songs! On top of their talent, they even stayed until 5 pm (when cocktail hour ended). They are truly such a huge blessing and most definitely worth every penny. I have absolutely no regrets purchasing Cherrywood Ensembles to play our favorite songs on our special day. For the reception, we had Nick as our DJ and he was absolutely the BEST! He was so fun and engaged with our guests so well! The kids LOVED him! Nick was amazing and asked Jack and I what WE wanted! Again, I gave Nick some intricate details and AGAIN, Cherrywood Ensembles NAILED it. I will always think about this day and how much of an impact Cherrywood Ensembles had on our wedding day! Every time I listen to the ceremony music, I get goosebumps and instantly in TEARS! Thank you so much for everything, Cherrywood Ensembles!! “First and foremost we’d like to say Desmond is like family to us. We hired Desmond for our wedding in August 2025. One thing that must be pointed out is how committed he is to playing his role in any event, he had a whole tv trailer to make things so much more convenient as a traveling DJ/ entertainment. He did an amazing job executing our song requests and making a dope mix including all our or favorite genres and artists and keep the party going. In addition, Desmond was very attentive and hands on during our wedding, he made it his mission to meat everyone on the team and get to know family. We love love loved having him as our Dj and would t change a thing about it. We highly recommend hiring him and we promise you won’t regret it. “Nathan helped make our wedding day so special! Throughout the planning process, he took the time to really go through the details of our day and get to know us. He got excited about our ideas and gave great suggestions on how to bring them to life. On the wedding day, Nathan helped make sure everything ran smoothly, coordinating with other vendors and our friends and family to make sure everyone had what they needed from before the ceremony through the end of the night. He knew we wanted to do our first dance and toasts outside during cocktail hour, right before sunset, so he made sure to check in with us to get the timing just right, and it was magical! During dinner, we had curated a playlist of first dance songs from our guests, and he helped create so many special moments by encouraging folks to get up and dance when they heard their song, and stayed flexible when we were ready to get dancing started. The reception was an absolute blast and my dream dance floor. The end of the night was perfection with several "last songs" and getting to soak it all in in a circle of our favorite people.
