Vivian was a dream to work with — a visionary who has the chops to execute beyond our wildest dreams! She was the first vendor we reached out to when planning our wedding because we knew that we wanted the florals to be one of our major investments for our big day. I was already a fan of her work, especially her corporate clients, as those arrangements were especially elegant, sculptural, and elevated — the exact vibes we wanted for our wedding day.
During our planning call, Vivian and I immediately connected on the ambience my husband and I wanted to curate for our wedding. She offered wonderful recommendations on where we should splurge and save regarding botanicals, and even came up with a unique floor plan for our reception. Vivian also suggested decorations that we could source ourselves to save money on day-of rentals.
On our wedding day, the staff at 501 Union told us that they’d never seen our layout in the venue before and that it was the most beautiful the space had ever looked! In fact, when they shared video clips on social media, many of their other brides liked and commented that they wanted to copy Vivian’s floor plan too!
Our friends and family were completely in awe of the floral arrangements during our ceremony and reception, sharing that they looked luxe and opulent. Vivian smartly repurposed arrangements between the two spaces, maximizing impact without increasing costs. Most of our guests took the flowers home with them once the celebrations ended, and shared that they looked fresh even a week after our wedding.
