Looking back, that may have been the greatest gift she gave us. Even after the last guest had left, Chandai's work wasn't finished. She stayed to help clean up, pack everything away, and make sure we could simply go home with full hearts instead of a long list of unfinished tasks. That level of dedication speaks volumes about her professionalism, integrity, and the genuine care she has for every family she works with. When we look back on that day, we won't just remember how beautiful everything looked—we'll remember how cared for we felt. Chandai gave us something far more valuable than a beautifully organized event: she gave us the peace of mind to be fully present for one of the most important days of our lives. Chandai was the planner and day-of coordinator for my wedding this August at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich. We had an interfaith, multicultural wedding consisting of two ceremonies, a haldi, and a cocktail/reception celebration. Our guest count was around 200. She did an excellent job, working closely with my spouse and me for months leading up to the wedding. She also knew all my vendors and had good working relationships with them. I appreciate her inside knowledge and guidance and really felt supported during the planning period of my wedding. She understands people and generally takes a solutions-oriented approach to wedding planning. She will also be transparent and give you constructive feedback as she best sees fit, but understands the importance of prioritizing the client needs first and works to provide support in getting those met to her best ability. I would recommend working with Chandai if you are planning a South Asian wedding in the NYC metro area.

Chandai was literally a godsend to me during my wedding planning and wedding festivities!
