“I got married at the Riverview about 2 weeks ago and cannot begin to express how perfect it all was! The views and large windows in the ballroom were gorgeous on top of the landscaping of the grounds. It was EXTREMELY affordable compared to other venues we looked into, especially because we were coming from California to get married. We brought a few decor items of our own and the Riverview did the rest. They were so so easy to work with and we were so well taken care of the day of by our attendants (Tanya and Synsere!). It was the perfect day from start to finish and just felt easy and simple and we have gotten RAVE reviews from everyone who attended and so many compliments on the food, the service, and how lovely it all was. Cannot recommend enough!!”

“We fell in love with the Water’s Edge venue for our wedding. The resort offered everything we were looking for from lodging, fine dining, activities and amazing hospitality. Melody, the wedding manager, truly made all of our dreams come true. We had a weekend full of events hosted by Water’s Edge- and we were impressed beyond belief. She made the process not only simple and an ease, but enjoyable. Her energy is immaculate & you can tell she truly loves her job. She eased all our worries and even when it came to the difficult decisions of pivoting plans because of weather she handled it with grace, knowledge and clarity that we would still have the most perfect day- and that was 100% delivered. She was extremely responsive in the planning process and truly so knowledgeable about everything I needed. All our guests enjoyed themselves, even it being the rain option. We also had a wonderful experience with the banquet manager, Victor. During our dining events, Victor was present and helpful- accounting for everything him and his team ensured our dining services not only ran smoothly, but that the food was pristine and accurate. We truly felt like we had the best day ever and you cannot put a price to that- however we do believe that for everything Water’s Edge did for us the amount spent was extremely fair!”

“We got married 9/5/26 at the Lake House and it was an amazing experience start to finish. From our first meeting with the owner Paul, to email communication, meetings with Carole, everything was exceptional. They really went above and beyond for our day. They are a great team and made it easy and stress-free. The venue is so beautiful on its own, you don't have to add much! The food was incredible, the views outside were amazing and the service was top-notch. They worked closely with us to pick our menu, linens, drinks, you name it. The day of went smoothly, as Paul himself continuously checked in on us and our guests throughout the night. We gave Carole our signage and other decor and she made everything look beautiful. Our guests have had nothing but great things to say. We would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend the Lake House and their team for a wedding or other event. We have not a single complaint, everything was flawless! We will miss working alongside such a great team! We'll always be grateful for them.”

“I attended Camp JORI for many years as a camper, staff member, administrator, and volunteer. Camp JORI is such an amazing camp, helping with scholarships for families that can’t afford it while providing the same amazing experience for all children. Camp JORI is not only an amazing camp, but is truly a home away from home for me and many other alumni and current campers. I love Camp JORI so much that my wife and I decided to have our wedding there! “I got married at Lake Pearl in July 2024, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, the entire staff was an absolute dream to work with. They truly held my hand through the whole process, making everything feel so seamless and stress-free. One of the best parts was that the venue included beautiful floral centerpieces and a delicious cake, which took so much coordination off my plate. Their preferred vendors and the staff are like a well-oiled machine, working together flawlessly. Lake Pearl is also the perfect backdrop for photos, with a beach, dock, gardens, and tree-lined forest areas that provide diverse landscapes for stunning photo opportunities. I got married in the new Belvedere building, which is a showstopper filled with great lighting and tons of windows! Getting ready on-site was a wonderful experience, with breakfast and lunch catered to the bridal suite, making for a perfect, relaxed start to the day. From the cocktail hour to the reception, everything went smoothly, and it truly was the best day of my life. A huge thank you to Jules and Janet for making everything perfect! Lake Pearl will always hold a special place in my heart, and I highly recommend it to any couple looking for an unforgettable wedding experience.”
