314 Exchange is a gorgeous wedding venue, located in the east-end of Louisville. With the rental, you have the use of the interior and exterior space, as well as tables and chairs to accommodate up to 120 guests. We have many optional add-ons including our 2 bedroom loft, additional table and chair rentals, bar services, set up and clean up, and more!

The Oscar Event Center and The Oscar Station both offer a one of a kind experience. The Oscar Event Center's Spacious ballroom and lounge areas offer rustic and elegant decor. With wood, brick walls, exposed beams, and high ceilings. The Oscar Station offers a more industrial look showcasing a stunning hand crafted bar, open air patio and a beautifully landscaped lawn area. Both spaces offer additional accents that will make either "Oscar" the perfect setting. The Oscar Station and The Oscar Event Center can be booked separately or together. The Haycraft is a stunning event space located in downtown Elizabethtown. The space offers an industrial look mixed with class and sophistication. Stableview Hall - Seats 300 An indoor ceremony and reception space originally built as a holding area for Thoroughbreds prior to auctions. Stableview Hall seats 300 guests and features exposed rafters, white brick walls, concrete floors, market lighting, original barn wood, bridal suites on-site, heating, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy. The Horseman's Lounge - Seats 125 An indoor ceremony and reception space. The Horseman's Lounge seats 125 guests and features hardwood floors, vintage chandelier, large original fireplace, heat and A/C, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy. The Paddock - Accommodates 200 An outdoor ceremony and reception space. The Paddock accommodates up to 200 guests for ceremony or cocktail hour and up to 150 guests for a seated reception. The Paddock features a whimsical archway entrance, wishing well, scenic view of rolling pastures, bridal suites on-site, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy.
