“Marco is not only extremely talented but he and his staff are professional, flexible and personable. My first experience with MCL was at a baby shower. The host ordered sirloin, salmon, tossed salad, and sides. The food arrived piping hot with plenty of backups ready for replenishing the quickly-emptied pans. Since then, we have hired MCL many times. Working with Marco has always been easy, as he is flexible and has a great staff to support him whenever details have changed last minute.
