Proudly serving Hartford, CT & the surrounding area. Graze & Gather owner, Chelsea Griffen, took an idea and ran with it back in February 2021. What started off as a hobby has turned into so much more; fulfillment, joy, love, passion, and good eats. A true foodie with a lifelong passion for food & showing love through her food and cooking brought Graze & Gather to fruition. Every grazing table & board curated is served up with a deep sense of pride and love. We are genuinely honored to be a part of every celebration, big or small.
