They made sure our guests were taken care of and handled things behind the scenes without us having to constantly check in or worry about what was happening next. That allowed us to actually enjoy the event instead of spending the entire time trying to manage everything. There were also little touches throughout the event that showed they genuinely cared about the experience and weren’t just there to provide food and leave. That type of hospitality is hard to find. Overall, we had a really great experience with Maison D Events and Hospitality. On our wedding day, she was the one vendor who was fully calm, centered, and confident, an incredibly grounding presence for everyone. We had six meals with her, from the welcome dinner to brunches, reception, and an unforgettable late-night spread. She handled everything; shopping, cooking, cleanup and made us feel deeply cared for as a family during our long wedding weekend on Figure Eight Island, NC. Aside from cooking, which she obviously loves, she said her favorite part of her business is helping people make the most of their time together, and that was absolutely true for us. It felt like we bought the gift of time, which is priceless. And we can’t stop talking about the food. Literally better than any restaurant, truly.
