The dance floor was packed the entire time and we had numerous guests during and after the night tell us how it was by far the best DJ/music they’ve ever experienced at a wedding. From the start of the process Cam did an incredible job of understanding our vision and the type of music/vibe we wanted to have. Cam was extremely organized and personable, and the 3 pre-wedding calls we had with him were super beneficial to building trust and ensuring the night went as smoothly as possible. These meetings were very productive, and by the time we were through with them, we knew we had made the right choice. By the end, Cam felt more like a genuine friend than somebody we were hiring. He gave honest feedback, made several recommendations, and worked with us through numerous changes. When it came to execution, Cam and his team were very professional and delivered beyond expectations. They played all the songs we wanted to hear and even included their own creative touch with some amazing remixes and twists. They kept the crowd at high energy all night long and made sure every guest was having a great time. I think we spent 95% of our night on the dance floor having an absolute blast, and thats just the way we wanted to remember the night. When we met with him before the wedding, we gave him a few of our favorite songs but told him to use his discretion as what was most important to us was having everyone dancing and enjoying themselves. WELL, did he know what he was doing!!! Our dance floor was filled the ENTIRE NIGHT. We had 220 guests at our wedding, and 0 of them were sitting. We have guests who didn't even know we had a photo booth or voicemail booth because they truly did not leave the dance floor one time to look around. Jan reads the room perfectly and truly has a niche for knowing what people like to hear. Our MC Matt was also so great! He helped keep the night on track and made sure we were enjoying ourselves the entire time. He was fun, entertaining, and kept the vibes going! We have had 10 guests ask for our DJs information so they can book him for their own wedding because he really was just that good. After just the first dance set alone, our guests were excited and ready to party because he set the tone perfectly! We also booked a saxophonist through JPBRO as well as a dry ice machine, indoor firework fountains, and the snow effect and they were all perfect! The snow was by far the best addition! It was practically real snow (way better than what we were expecting) and all of our guests went crazy over it! The saxophonist was also a great touch and played practically every song throughout the night which our guests loved! And of course the dry ice machine and indoor firework fountains looked so great in our wedding pictures! Request Jan as your DJ- he is worth every penny and you will not regret it!!! A special shout out to their arrangements of Pink Pony Club and I Don’t Want to Go Home, learned for our wedding, and an absolutely ripping Tenth Avenue Freeze Out that doubled as both our entrance song and a big club hit at the end of the night. All night, we kept hearing from our guests how incredible the band was, and we have to agree! We closed the night with DJ Ian playing dance music for the final hour, with some help from the stompers horn section toward the end. Really can’t think of a better set or show, loved every second. He kept the vibes moving during cocktail hour, and then seriously BROUGHT THE PARTY. The dancefloor was packed for over 3 hours straight. It felt like every single person there asked us where we had found our DJ, and they couldn't believe the mixes he was doing on the fly!! From the moment I first reached out to him in January right up until the end of the event, Kevin was consistently professional, upbeat, and efficient. He replied to all communication quickly, and was SO thoughtful in his preparation. He provided a shared document months ahead of time so that we could share music and scheduling info, and on the night of the event it was so evident that he had paid attention to every single detail ever mentioned in the document, over Zoom, or on our site visit. Every single must-play song came on at the perfect time, he managed to source very specific remixes that I had mentioned, and he kept the night running on schedule with such a chill, stress-free, and adaptable vibe. Kevin even introduced us to his colleague Richie for dance lights when we were debating our lighting options, which also ended up being absolutely perfect! I cannot stress enough how collaborative and understanding Kevin is, how smooth the process was, and most importantly - what a KILLER DJ he is. He truly wants to deliver the night of your dreams. My heart felt like it was going to explode in the best way multiple times that night, because of all the incredible, better-than-you-could-ever-have-imagined dancefloor moments.
