We hired Stacey in early 2020 to be a Month-Of-Coordinator for our October 2020 wedding. From the beginning, Stacey was one of the most responsive, helpful wedding coordinators that I reached out to. She offered great advice, explained the importance of having a Day-Of coordinator even if your venue happens to have one, had vendors to recommend, and was determined to bring our vision to reality, even while COVID-19 started to take over. Well, we all know how 2020 went, so when we ultimately decided to postpone our reception to 2021, Stacey remained in our corner throughout the decision and ultimately helped us to weigh the pros and cons of postponement. Then, throughout 2021, Stacey reached out around once a month to ensure we were on track with plans. She helped us to secure final vendors, review contracts, craft a perfect day-of timeline, ran our rehearsal, and made us feel incredibly confident that our big party would go off without a hitch. Stacey also has a keen eye for event styling, so we were able to trust all of our complicated decor to her and her team for set up the morning of the wedding, and she flawlessly coordinated a last-minute rain plan (which we made, and then with every miracle, didn't actually need!) She coordinated with all of our vendors, worked seamlessly with the in-house team at our venue, was warm, professional, and an invaluable asset to have running the biggest party of our lives. As a former stage manager and a bit of a control freak, having Stacey at our wedding was invaluable. If anything went wrong, I had no idea because of Stacey's magic touch.

Without Beckerman Planning, we would not have had the wedding of our dreams. Garbriella worked around the clock before and during our wedding to ensure EVERYTHING was covered and taken care of. Before the Wedding, Garbriella kept us on track; regularly checking in and suggesting next steps to ensure we stayed ahead of everything wedding planning. Her knowledge was essential in discussing quotes with vendors, making major decisions, and keeping us calm as the big date approached. We were extremely impressed with her professionalism when dealing with vendors, and can’t thank her enough for playing hard ball when the moments got tough and we were too stressed to do so. During the wedding weekend, I cannot stress enough the importance of having the Beckerman Planning team on-site. From setup until breakdown, the team was working non-stop to help us have the perfect wedding. The team was there setting up and ensuring that every vendor brought everything that was contracted and everything was in perfect order. Including staying late the night before to ensure a vendor fixed a major mistake with our seating chart. On the day of the event, it felt like magic how everything was just done before we could even think about it. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our day, not having to worry about ANYTHING. Garbriella even taught all the Groomsmen how to put on their boutonnieres!!! The schedule Garbriella put together was a lifesaver, and even better was her ability to ensure everyone was in the right place at the right time. We could seriously go on all day about the amazing things this team did for us, down to every little detail. Garbriella made sure throughout the day that we were not stressing or worrying. She happily jumped in at a moments notice to any and every request we had without hesitation. Going above and beyond is an understatement to the dedication the Beckerman Planning team brings to your event. We were ecstatic to get back to the Airbnb and find that Garbriella had already been there - with all of our leftover pizza waiting for us for a late night snack. The Beckerman Planning team even continued to work after our event to make sure everything was accounted for, we were not overcharged, and checking in on how we felt. Garbriella is truly a superstar and if you want the wedding or event of the year, she’s the one to hire to make that happen!

Where do I begin, working with Rebecca and RS Events as my day of coordinator was one of the BEST decisions I made! From the moment I reached out to Rebecca, she was quick to respond and set up a call early on to explain her services and understand what my needs were. First and foremost, she is so friendly, warm, kind, and patient. She put this anxious and frazzled bride at ease from the first call! After speaking with her, I knew I needed her on my team, and boy was I right. Throughout the year-long process, she kept in contact and kept me on track. She was EXTREMELY organized and it made me so happy and less stressed. She created this amazing Google Drive folder where everything wedding (various questionnaires and checklists) was uploaded. Fast forward to weeks before the wedding, Rebecca was in touch every week keeping me calm and organized amidst the chaos. Her calming, organized, prepared, thoughtful, and punctual nature made our wedding possible. In one word Rebecca is AMAZING! She created the most beautiful and organized timeline that I could share with my vendors as well as my bridal party. I was constantly getting compliments on how professional and amazing Rebecca was from my other vendors', family, and friends. Fast forward to our wedding week which was a disaster for us filled with family medical emergencies and more chaos, but through it all Rebecca guided us calmly. Rebecca was truly my boots-on-the-ground and right-hand woman. She had EVERYTHING running smoothly and on time. She made sure the venues knew what I wanted and most importantly where and made my vision spring to life. The day of the wedding she was so comforting, thoughtful, and kind. She understood that having a parent in the hospital was awful on your wedding but she was determined to make sure our show went on! She made me feel like everything was going to be okay when my world was falling apart. Not sure why I was surprised, but there wasn’t a thing Rebecca didn’t have in her go bag. It felt like a scene from Mary Poppins or Harry Potter haha. She had me covered with everything. Anytime I opened my mouth to say I forgot something she already had me covered. Rebecca was the glue that kept our wedding together. She navigated guests and answered all of the questions that I had no energy to answer. She did it all. Though I wish my dad had been able to join us, our wedding was still beyond perfect thanks to Rebecca and her team at RS Events. If you’re on the fence about a planner just take a leap of faith and call/text/email RS Events. You’ll be so glad you did.

Where to begin? Hiring Emily was easily the best investment for our wedding. We had a 160 person event and hired Luna and Charlie for the “month-of” wedding management package starting 8 weeks ahead of the event. Emily and her team made the entire planning process so much easier through their event-planning expertise, creativity, quick responsiveness, and attention to detail. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Emily took a tremendous amount of stress off of us by providing constant communication and support. I personally am an extremely organized and detail-oriented perfectionist, and Emily was not only incredibly patient with all of my emails and what-ifs and micro-decisions, but she blew me away with her top-notch organizational skills. It really allowed me to relax knowing I was in good hands. On the wedding day itself, Emily and her team were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful in ensuring the day went smoothly, even with bad weather requiring us to pivot some of our plans. Emily’s help allowed us to be guests at our own party and truly enjoy - she went above and beyond. Every single aspect of wedding planning was less stressful thanks to Emily, and I genuinely credit Emily for single-handedly preserving my mental health. She is attentive and having been in the business a while was a perfect guide for a couple who wasn’t quite sure of what they wanted.
