“Bridget and Thomas at Farmhouse Flowers were absolutely amazing to work with as the venue, florist, bartenders, and day-of coordinators for our wedding in October 2025. We live in Chicago and planned our wedding from afar, so it was incredible to work with a team that made everything so simple for us. They worked with our other vendors, gave great suggestions for how to structure everything, and really made the whole weekend amazing. Bridget's vision on the florals was incredible; we wanted a colorful wedding, and the flowers really tied everything together. The venue was perfect: it delivered the intimate, Vermont feel we wanted (including a cow named Happy that just so happened to be staying at the farm that weekend) but was also easy to get to and eased any fears about making last-minute changes due to inclement weather. AND Bridget and Thomas cleaned up after the party which made such a difference in our ability to enjoy ourselves. We had an incredible experience and highly recommend.”

“Schilling Beer Co. was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From our first interactions, the team had a relaxed, informed, and light-hearted communication style that put us at ease. The space is quaint and charming. The staff provided excellent service for food and beverage, made the booking process easy, and accommodated our special requests like moving furniture and allowing us to set up decor before the ceremony. They even surprised us with personal touches like custom signs and a thank you card! We couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our special day. “Our February 2025 wedding at The Pitcher Inn was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the entire experience felt effortless, warm, and deeply personal. Jim truly led the service team with exceptional care and professionalism. He made sure every detail ran seamlessly—not just on the wedding day, but throughout our entire two-night stay afterward. Anything we needed was anticipated before we even had to ask, which made the whole experience feel incredibly thoughtful and calm. Sergiu, Shanay, and Jannielle deserve special recognition for keeping the energy light, fun, and engaging. Our guests absolutely loved connecting with them—it felt less like “staff” and more like friends who were genuinely excited to be part of the celebration. Their presence elevated the entire evening. The food was a 12/10. Not a single dish was sent back, which says everything. Chef Jacob and the kitchen team (Marine, Arra, Cem, Ervin, and Stella) went above and beyond, even accommodating a gluten-free request for just one guest with care and attention that never felt like an afterthought. And the cake—crafted by head baker Jordan—was truly breathtaking. It looked like something straight out of Vogue and tasted just as incredible. Our ceremony was very small and intimate at the courthouse up the road, and our cocktail-style celebration at The Pitcher was intentionally simple. But doing “simple” well requires an immense amount of planning—and thanks to Caitlin leading the way, I didn’t stress once. She took everything off my plate, made decisions easy, and even stepped in to make choices for me when needed. Her calm confidence allowed me to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We already can’t wait to do a vow renewal someday—just so we have an excuse to plan another party at The Pitcher Inn. This place, and the people who make it what it is, will forever hold a special place in our hearts.”

“We had a lot of guests from out of town/state and hosting our weekend & big day in the heart of the village was so phenomenal; people could walk to eateries and shops to design their days and nights without us having to plan too much extra for them or isolating them at a single venue that required a car to go somewhere else. THE STAFF at The Stowe Village Inn were always thinking ahead. Lit a fire during cocktail hour due to the chilly wind (late September wedding) and it ended up being a great accent to the atmosphere and a gathering point for guests- the fire stayed lit for the entire event! They were very accommodating to us as the bride and groom, knew exactly what we wanted when we wanted it (signature drinks upon arrival; effortless flow to dinner with 115 guests & great display for our dessert table). We highly recommend the location, the space (those floor to ceiling glass windows in the dining room CANNOT BE BEAT) we got so many compliments on the venue itself the staff were top notch. Wish we could re-live the day!!!!!!!”

“We hosted a small wedding at the Tillerman in 2026 and it was absolutely perfect. The planning process was made so easy by Kenzie and team who put together guides and were in communication with us the whole time. The food was unbelievable, most guests said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had, and I loved the family style dining at long tables. From the woodland ceremony site to the adorable restaurant to the vintage barn, the Tillerman had the perfect vibes and we had to do extremely minimal decorating. Instead of picking out napkin colors and decorating a plain banquet hall, we got to focus on the ceremony and little details that mattered to us. If we had to go back and start over, we would easily choose the Tillerman again!”

“Riverside Farm was so wonderful to work with and a spectacular place to host our wedding! We hosted around 130 people and had three days of events at Riverside Farm in 2026 and all went so smoothly and were stunningly beautiful. We had a welcome party in the evening the first day, a cocktail hour and reception the second day, and a farewell brunch the morning of the third day. It’s lovely to have the whole space for your wedding for the weekend - we were glad to only have people we knew at the venue, and to not feel rushed for arriving and dropping things off nor leaving at the end. Kaycee gave us a tour of the property in 2025 which was very helpful and gave us confidence. Then over the next year, we worked extensively with Krissy, our wedding coordinator, to bring the wedding weekend to life. She was excellent, friendly, helpful, and kept everything running smoothly and was our one point of contact for anything we needed related to Riverside Farm. She coordinated all with 1888 Builders, the company you are required to rent from for tables, chairs, kitchenware, etc. We found the prices to be reasonable and it was easy to just work through Krissy and Vermont Farms Catering, who did our catering, as they knew exactly what was needed for most things. The property is absolutely stunning. The barns are immaculately maintained and the grass and landscaping too. The accommodations vary in layout and we and our wedding party enjoyed them but they are not all your typical rooms of a queen or king bed. Additionally, they are scattered around the property but none are so far from the main activities that it’s a hassle. We enjoyed the beautiful Suite for the bridal couple, it’s a large, eclectic space and convenient from the red barn. We would highly recommend Riverside Farm and Krissy and the whole team for your wedding!”

“July-2024 we hosted our daughter’s wedding at the Omni Mount Washington Resort in the White Mountains of NH. We were fortunate to have perfect weather the entire weekend. But the hospitality, service, food, location & splendor of a well kept historic grand dame hotel made our entire experience a spectacular, elegant and enjoyable weekend for everyone! Guests enjoyed golfing, hiking, relaxing by the pool or the veranda surrounded by gorgeous views all weekend. Friday evening we entertained our guest with a private welcome party on the South Veranda. We were able to customize a menu with the chef- treating everyone with a taste of South Indian dishes honoring the region of India our son-in-law & family are from. The ceremony & reception were held at the Rosewood Lodge at the top of Brettonwoods Ski Area. A gondola ride to the top provided a fun experience, helping to build the excitement for the main event. Having the entire lodge, patio top of mountain to ourselves made it feel exclusive and very special. Accommodations- the MW is a magnificent grand historic hotel beautifully decorated with beautiful grounds. It is clean & well maintained for being 125 year old large busy hotel. The bride & groom had their 1st look at the main hotel- providing a beautiful setting & capturing the grandeur of the hotel. Service & Hospitality- in a word it was-Outstanding! The wedding consultant(Katarina Doucette- Senior Catering Sales Manager) was so helpful, accommodating & responsive throughout the entire process. Every staff member from the banquet coordinators, chef, servers, hotel cleaning staff & front desk took such special care of us - despite being a busy summer weekend we felt we were exclusive guests of the hotel. A special shout out to the gondola operators- they were so helpful getting our wedding decorations loaded & up/down the mountain. They even enthusiastically decorated the bride & grooms gondola with lighting for a crazy/fun send off at the end of the night! To end the weekend - we had a delicious Sunday brunch buffet for our guests in the beautiful main dining room. We utilized nearly every area & aspect of the Mount Washington Resort and had great experiences the entire weekend! Weddings are expensive but we felt every penny we spent was well worth it and appreciated at The Omni Mount Washington Resort. The pictures from the photographer - Lena Marisola - really say it all!”

“When I asked my photographer if there was anything I should know about working with Mountain Top Resort, she said, “Oh, you’ve struck gold with them.” At the time, I thought it was just vendors being kind to one another. Now, I know that we really did strike gold. From start to finish, Mountain Top Resort wanted to accommodate us. Before touring, I asked if their catering team would be open to an all-vegetarian wedding. They confirmed that it wouldn’t be a problem and even welcomed us to add additional meal options to their list so that we could incorporate our favorite meals into our day. The team was excited to take on a new task to help make the event feel like us. Leading up to the big day, email correspondence was quick and helpful. We asked a ton of questions, and we were never made to feel like a burden. In the 2 weeks leading up to our wedding, our coordinator Zoey let us know that our day-of coordinator would be Elizabeth. We were both a little nervous to switch from one coordinator to another, but it’s clear the team is just that: a team. Elizabeth picked up all the details and connected with us to make sure she had our vision clear in her mind. Right from the start of the ceremony rehearsal, it was clear she’d studied our choices! She cared about the details, and made sure our day was full of fun, joy, and support. When we forgot to bring our printed thank-you speech to reception, she said, “No problem, email it to me and I’ll print it right now.” When we weren’t able to finish our dinners, she packaged them up and sent them along to the house we were staying at. Elizabeth supported us without ever being overbearing. We both knew that the whole day was handled without us needing to worry about a thing, so we could focus on each other and our guests. We are so grateful we got to have you coordinate our wedding! Thank you, Elizabeth! Photo credits: Idena Beach (@idenabeachphotography) & Gabby Coughenour (@winding.roads.photography)”

“The Barn at Boyden Farm was an absolute dream for our wedding weekend! From the moment we first reached out, the team was incredibly positive, personable, and responsive, providing customizable support every step of the way. The venue itself is simply gorgeous - the authentic, charming space was rustic yet polished and felt straight out of a dream, with a stunning landscape that included a polished vintage tractor our guests loved using for photos. We felt like we got an incredible value, with the opportunity to set up on Friday, have our wedding on Saturday, and enjoy a relaxing brunch and clean up on Sunday: three days! The team also provided fantastic local vendor recommendations that really elevated our day. “We had an absolutely flawless wedding at The Essex, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! A huge part of that was our event manager, Katarina. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and very organized. She was always responsive and understanding, and we genuinely felt like she was in our corner throughout the entire process. One thing we especially appreciated was how much she acted as an ally and buffer for us. She handled guest questions and issues thoughtfully so that we could stay focused on enjoying our wedding instead of worrying about little things. Having someone we trusted like that made a huge difference! The Essex itself was also fantastic! Having our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and after party all on the same property made the whole experience seamless for everyone involved. The food was also a huge hit! Our guests raved about the food throughout the night and afterward. The venue was beautiful, the staff was wonderful, and everything came together exactly the way we had hoped it would! We had multiple guests tell us that it was the best wedding they had been to, which says everything. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we are so grateful to Katarina and the entire team at The Essex for helping to make our wedding weekend so special!”

“Overall, I would highly recommend choosing the Red Clover Inn as your wedding venue. I have included some criticism to take into consideration, but in the end would not have changed my decision to have our wedding there. I have so much more to say, but am limited by the characters limit. THE GOOD PART The wedding weekend was the wedding of our dreams. Our guests were welcomed with open arms by the staff who worked incredibly hard. There were fresh flowers for our VIPs and all throughout the inn as a special touch and they truly went above and beyond to make our family and friends comfortable. We had planned a welcome barbeque that I thought would be very casual, but the staff really elevated it with their décor and attention through the evening. We got to enjoy the outdoor space under the stunning apple tree for our evening and the team put on a bonfire with s'mores for us. The bridal suite is my favorite room of them all. Bright, comfortable, and beautiful. We fit my group of 6 and a beauty team of 4. The day of the wedding was heavy rain all day long. We did have a rain plan in place and moved everything into the barn. The barn is beautifully decorated with ethereal lighted trees and candles throughout. It was an excellent back-up plan. The staff stood outside with umbrellas for the entirety of the ceremony and I don’t know what we would have done without them. We then moved to the cocktail hour and reception which were held in the inn. It was STUNNING. The staff did all the decorating with the items we brought and their own pieces, and our special touches to personalize our wedding, we didn’t have to lift a finger the day of the wedding. I did provide a list of decorations and my expectations for placement to help move things along prior to the event. There was a room for everything. We had dinner in the tavern, and after the meal, the guests used the other rooms, or took a break to their rooms while the tavern was transformed to the dance floor. The flow of the evening was so natural, and I really feel like the venue catered to every guest’s need with a quiet sitting room, a dancing space, and a space in between. At the end of the night, there was no clean up for us, the staff took care of the necessary items that evening, and we picked up the rest of the venue after our guests left the next day. The on-site accommodations perfectly fit our guest count and were comfortable for everyone. We got to appreciate every inch of the Inn and I am so happy we chose it. THE CRITIQUE We visited the inn 3 times through planning, and each visit was very productive, with Venetia’s undivided attention to chat through logistics and details, but we would recommend better communication when guests are not visiting. I did feel like I had to visit to accomplish planning items. Promised follow-up was rarely followed through. I did have to push on this when it began to affect our vendors (ie. Table dimensions for our florist), and ultimately we got the information we needed. Contracted timelines were also not held to through the planning (ie. guest room reservations going out on time). And the final critique was unclear pricing on a few things like the bar, a kitchen usage fee, and catering costs. The Red Clover staff was always responsive to our escalation, but I wish it didn’t require that. I highly recommend if you choose this venue, requesting clear deadlines and pricing stated in the contract.”
