Their communication throughout the planning process was outstanding - Brent was so helpful and responsive, making the entire experience stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a unique vintage and classy feel that exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond to make our day special, providing a beautiful custom "Savannah" hanger when we booked the venue and even arranging for horses to be part of our celebration. We absolutely LOVED our July wedding The Fairview in Raleigh! From the moment we toured the space, the environment was so open and welcoming. We had a good feeling about The Fairview from day 1 and I'm glad we trusted our hearts to lead us. We initially decided to book the Fairview as our reception location and booked a separate park venue for our wedding location. Since the Fairview's connected business Themeworks does item delivery, set up and break down, we got a contract with them to deliver chairs and other decor to our first location. Regardless of our plans, there was absolutely no pressure or predatory pricing tactics used throughout the process (unlike some of their competitors such as Wakefield Barn). Every rental price was fair and every decision we made was met with excitement! The day before our big day, a major storm hit and the Fairview was ready to accommodate! We ended up having both our wedding and reception at the Fairview and I'm genuinely grateful to all of the staff for making this last minute huge shift possible! The staff showed up earlier, helped flip the space, and provided a level of reassurance that will always be appreciated. While the whole staff was terrific (even the owner!), our coordinator Casey was absolutely amazing! From the moment we toured, she was ready and willing to talk details, brainstorm, and provide solutions to make our vision a reality! We were supported, encouraged and genuinely had such a great time talking and planning with Casey. As a project manager, it's no exaggeration to say that Casey and the Fairview staff were the best vendors I've ever worked with. Even down to adjusting my dress before I walked down the aisle, they were on top of EVERY single detail. The entire team at The Fairview consistently went above and beyond and made our special day absolutely perfect. If you’re considering venues in Raleigh, you have to go check out the Fairview and ThemeWorks. Bring your imagination and get ready to be surrounded with positivity and love! Congrats new couples!!
