Drumore Mill is a different world. It is nestled in a corner of the most rustic township in Amish Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The mill was built in 1752 as a sawmill and a grist mill. It sits in a hollow with 30 acres of tall cliffs and old trees to provide privacy, warmth, and natural beauties. There is a pristine creek that meanders through the property. The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more. The Duke Sculpture Garden at the Dixon Mansion in Wallingford is housed on a 100-year-old estate. The most striking features of the four-acre landscaped grounds are Rapunzel stone tower and the Main Building, built in 1889. A newer 3,100 square-foot gallery has been added to the Main Building which is air-conditioned and handicapped accessible for your reception. Our 19th-century ballroom would be available as the perfect ceremony "B" plan. The Gallery features oak floors, soaring exposed rustic beam construction and beautiful lighting. Adjacent to the Main Building is a sweeping manicured lawn perfect for a fairytale wedding. Enjoy handcrafted pizza from our cob pizza oven as you stroll the grounds.
