“The Secret Garden was the perfect venue for our group of 105 guests in May. It has an intimate feel, but still feels open and welcoming. The flowers were in bloom and the grass was very green. The coordination team did an amazing job accommodating all of our set-up requests and took great care of us on the day of. We are very pleased with everything and loved the preferred caterer and DJ that were part of the all-inclusive package. Overall we found this venue to be one of the more affordable options, especially given you bring in your own alcohol/drinks and can take home what’s leftover. This saved us at least 50/person. The surrounding area and city of Rancho Santa Fe are gorgeous. Parking was easy and all our guests loved the venue.”

“My husband and I are local to San Diego and toured around 15–20 venues before finding Wedgewood Weddings at The Headquarters. We immediately booked a tour and completely fell in love. From the pre-coordination to seeing everything come together on our wedding day, we truly could not have asked for a better experience. Our coordination team — Emma, Nat, and Petr — spent hours with us leading up to the wedding, making sure we understood our options and helping us incorporate the personal touches that mattered most. Our day-of coordinator, Jasmine, was amazing! Although we hadn’t had our previous planning meetings with her, she came into our rehearsal knowing exactly what was on our list and executed everything exactly as we had planned. We never felt like we needed to explain or worry about anything. The handoff to our banquet captain, Brynne, was equally seamless. She made sure our late-night ramen bar came to life and, at the end of the night, led her team in helping our family pack everything up. Our DJ, Mik from DJ Maestro, was even better than we imagined. Multiple guests told us it was one of the best wedding DJ experiences they’d ever had, and the dance floor was incredible all night! We also used Moments in Bloom and True Photography, two of Wedgewood’s partnered vendors. Our bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony arch were exactly what we envisioned, and our photo/video team made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. The venue itself was beautiful, and our guests could not stop talking about how unique it was — especially the downstairs bar! We had around 150 guests and never once felt like the space was cramped or crowded. There was plenty of room to move around, dance, and enjoy the night, so it can absolutely handle a larger crowd. The food was great, and the service was incredibly smooth. Even with friends who know how to enjoy a good open bar, there was never a line! The location was another huge plus. We debated having an outdoor ceremony because outdoor photos were really important to us, but we ended up loving the indoor ceremony space. Our photo team walked with us down to the water afterward, so we still got the sunset photos we had dreamed of. We also booked our hotel block at the Hyatt, and our guests loved how close and convenient everything was. If you are looking for a venue and team that will be there for you throughout the entire planning process and make sure your wedding day comes together exactly as you envisioned, look no further than The Headquarters. My husband went on two deployments while we were wedding planning, so I knew from the beginning that I wanted a venue with a team that would provide a lot of support throughout the process. We truly could not have asked for a better group of people to work with. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Wedgewood Weddings at The Headquarters. They supported us from the beginning of planning through the very end of our wedding night, and we would choose them all over again.”

“From the moment we toured the venue to the whole wedding process, Fallbrook Estate/Wedgewood Weddings nailed it. It was the second venue we toured and immediately my husband fell in love. The area is a golf course in the morning and at night, it becomes the wedding venue of your dreams. The fountain at the front was gorgeous, the ceremony area was dreamy and the lake area turned out to be a beautiful hang out spot for cocktail hour. The reception hall was very spacious and could fit a good number of guests. My description of the venue does not bring it justice; one should really see it for themselves! Their whole team was organized and incredible all around. We were greeted by their staff of the day -Katie- with warmth and smiles. Upon booking, we received access to their planning portal and even an actual binder with check lists to ensure we were on track with the timeline. Every time we had our in-person and phone meetings, everything was made clear and laid out for us. Expectations, decor, timeline, were straightforward; even the tasks they could and could not do, the items that were and were not included in the package. It really was a matter of my husband and I’s decisions and how our vision could come to life. Lauren and Sierra were great with ensuring we made informed decisions about how we wanted our day to be. They were patient and sat with us through the whole process. I truly appreciated the organization of the whole team with the planning process. We also met our day coordinator, Stephanie, during our last meeting, and she energetically led the rehearsal the day before the wedding. For the day of the wedding, it sure went by very fast and overall, everyone including us had a wonderful time. The communication between the staff and vendors really came through as they took care of the decor and timeline part of the wedding day. Stephanie was amazing all around! She ensured the decor was as how we discussed it, helped calm the nerves, checked in on the wedding party for the ceremony and prior to the grand entrance, handed us drinks and appetizers right after the ceremony so we did not miss the cocktail foods and drinks. I loved having Stephanie as our wedding day coordinator! She informed us when her shift ended and introduced us to our banquet captain Emily. Emily also checked in on us and helped me when we had a hiccup with the music and the photobooth. She also helped take down the decor and items when our wedding ended early. I’d also like to give my thanks to the kitchen staff, servers, headchef etc. for making such delicious food! We went around the table during the wedding and our guests raved about everything, from the appetizers to the salads and the actual dinner meals. Even a week after the wedding, we still talk about how delicious the food was. Lastly- I would like to mention that there are additional costs in addition to the package. There is an additional fee for administrative services, which is understandable given the communication their staff was able to provide via call, email, and text messages. Gratuities are also not included, so it is something for couples to keep in mind. However, everything was communicated ahead of it. Overall, my husband and I were happy with how the wedding turned out. Wedgewood at Fallbrook Estate made this planning seamless and made our wedding day memorable for us and our family and friends!”

“The Vistonian was a lovely venue! We loved all of the greenery and natural light inside the venue. It was spacious and allowed for plenty of room for our guests. The bridal suite was also spacious with lots of mirrors and outlets. We used the venue for both ceremony and reception. It was an easy transition going from one to the next. We worked with Shelly, the venue coordinator, and she was fabulous! Great communication from when we toured, booked, and up to our big day. The value for what we got was amazing as well! We did their all inclusive package and were happy with the price for all that we got: tables & chairs, bridal suite, catering, open bar, and DJ. Honestly, so great if you're on a budget or have a bigger budget and want to spend more on something like decor or florals. Highly recommend!!”

“Picking a wedding venue is now easy task and I'm so grateful to have found and chosen Shadowridge. Codie & Morgan were my coordinators, and they helped me so much with the process of planning, choosing the details, timeline, and day of coordination. Codie was absolute perfection, she is so sweet and kind, she handled the day of coordination amazingly, she was there for me whenever I needed her, and she knew exactly what to do even when I had no idea! The reception hall was GORGEOUS, I loved how everything was set up, she did everything and more to help ease the stress of my wedding day! I couldn't have done this without her, Codie, I'll forever be grateful for all of your help and pure kindness. The food service was also great, we received many compliments on the cocktail hour foods and dinner service! All of the staff there were incredibly kind and nice, the bartenders, staff, chefs, bus boys, everyone was amazing. Our DJ Arnie was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, he is recommended by Codie and works frequently with Shadowridge and I'm so thankful we booked him.
