I grew up in a big family of chefs and grandmas who made every gathering revolve around food, which shaped my love for cooking and hosting. Originally from Michigan, I moved to the Pacific Northwest drawn by its beauty and culture of sustainability. After earning a master’s in environmental sustainability, I rooted myself in Portland and began cooking for friends. What started as small supper clubs grew into creating thoughtful, seasonal meals for micro weddings, private dinners, and weekly meal prep.

Although the primary focus is on the meats, the sides also play a very important role in the experience. Our fresh-made sides and crisp vegetables, with no artificial flavors or coloring, are made with the upmost care to help highlight your meal.
