“The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

“Overall, we had a good experience with our DJ. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor for most of the night. The music flowed well, and everyone seemed to have a great time. That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. Despite those concerns, he was friendly, punctual, and our guests clearly enjoyed themselves. If having a lively dance floor is your top priority, he does a good job creating a fun atmosphere.”

I wanted a Disney/Christmas wedding theme and Erica delivered in every aspect. She was also beautifully dressed and looked gorgeous (nobody wants sloppy vendors lol). Erica created the perfect atmosphere by intertwining romantic Disney music as well as Christmas songs. Erica made the wedding a dream come true. The fact that she is well known also helps, as most vendors and venues love working with her. He even freestyled a little and he 100% nailed the vibe! The Photo Booth was truly a hit at my wedding and I had no idea I’d get to see all the pictures people were taking during the wedding! “Ana & Jimmy were in a different league from the moment we met them. On our first Zoom, they listened to everything I said about our taste and our vibe… and then gently told me that our beloved saxophonist idea didn’t match anything we had described. They recommended a guitarist instead— and thank goodness, because they were absolutely right. Their planning process was incredibly thoughtful.. and for me, hilarious. Their music surgery? Thorough and genius, and apparently visible to them before you hit submit. Which meant they saw me type things like “Haed pass,” “No thank you,” and “What even is that??” Live. Thankfully, they have incredible senses of humor. They checked in multiple times, did a full site visit, and showed up with a sound team who stayed all night to make sure everything was flawless. They even coordinated our private outdoor first dance with our violinist while sending the music inside to guests — seamlessly. But the reception is where they catapulted into untouchable territory. They don’t just sing and DJ… they perform. Including: * the full, committed N’SYNC “Bye Bye Bye” choreography * A Blink - 182 elder millennial scream-along that transported us back to 2003 * Coming onto the dance floor to hype everyone * Interacting with guests like they’ve known us forever. I don’t dance— and I was on that dance floor all night. Our guests are still texting us about how unreal the band was and we’ve heard “best wedding I’ve ever been to” on multiple occasions. My only genuine disappointment is that the wedding is over and I don’t get to hang out with Ana and Jimmy anymore. Hire AMP DJ/BAND HYBRID. Thank me later”
