It’s honestly hard to put into words how much this venue, and the amazing team behind it, meant to us. My husband and I got married here just a couple of weeks ago, and it was the most perfect day we could have ever imagined. So much of that is thanks to this place and the people who made it all happen. From the very beginning, Jillissa was absolutely incredible. She was the kindest, most organized and responsive person - always quick to answer our (many) questions, and she sent us everything we could’ve possibly needed, from videos and photos to charts and layouts. She really took the time to get to know us and what we were envisioning, offering suggestions or possibilities/options along the way when we were left unsure. By the time our wedding day came around, it genuinely felt like we were working with a friend - someone who truly cared and had our backs every step of the way. When wedding planning became chaotic and stressful, Jillissa provided encouragement, support, an uplifting spirit at exactly the right times. Even in those inevitable last-minute moments where things came up, she jumped in without hesitation. She went above and beyond in ways we’ll genuinely never forget. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The town of Marshall is sooo full of charm. It's walkable, historic, and full of kind, welcoming people. It felt like the perfect place to bring everyone we love together. And Schuler’s catering was unreal!! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food. The entire service staff was absolutely amazing - so warm, so professional, and completely on top of everything. Because of them, the whole day flowed effortlessly, and we got to just relax and be in the moment without a single worry or hiccup. I wish I could thank them more. What really blew us away, though, were the little touches. We had a private tasting with custom menus and a welcome sign at Schuler's, a sweet card waiting at our hotel (The Royal Hotel - perfectly located AT the venue), and even a handwritten note and gift from the venue (a gift that truly meant more to us than I can express online). Those are the kinds of things that don’t show up on a contract but come from people who truly care, and it showed in every single detail. Choosing this venue was easily one of the best decisions we made. We’ll always remember how beautiful it was (our first pull to the venue itself), but more than that, we’ll remember how it made us feel. So loved, so supported, and so genuinely celebrated. I’ll forever be grateful we got to start our marriage here. This venue will forever hold a special place in my heart and I hope the same for others.

Osteria Via Stato is one of my favorite restaurants and it was a dream to have our wedding there! Natalie and her staff are easy to work with, they have great communication, knowledge, and experience. We loved the execution of our wedding by them, the ceremony was perfect for us, it was dreamy in their gorgeous dining room, but you would never guess it was a dining room with the way they set it up for the wedding. Our private room was perfect for our party of 55. We used farmhouse style tables and it was perfect for us as we didn’t want a dance floor. The servers there cannot be beat, they are all extremely experienced, friendly and happy to be there. They went above and beyond to ensure that me and my wife always had the first choice of everything and always had a drink in hand. I’ve been to many weddings where the food is fine or not desirable, but the food here was incredible! Going into this I knew it would be good but I didn’t know how delicious all the hors d’oeuvres would be. We couldn’t just pick a few we liked them all! And the entrees were delicious, every guest felt full and well fed!! We got comments from all of our guests about how great the food, venue and service were! Everyone was pleased and you don’t often find that from wedding venues. We loved having our wedding here and love that we can return whenever we please to celebrate special occasions!

I worked with LNF for over a year to plan my dream wedding. We knew we wanted to go a little unconventional from the standard type of venue and let me say it PAID OFF. From the planning perspective: I want to give all my kudos to Brianna from the events team for everything she did! She was in constant communication with me about everything from food selections to reception layout and was so kind throughout the entire process. She helped me feel empowered with the decisions we were making and helped with monthly touch bases to go over details to weekly once we got close to the wedding. She made sure I had everything I needed and helped make our vision come to life! From the venue/event perspective: Our guests are still raving about this wedding two weeks out. The family style entrees gave everyone more than enough food that was delicious and the bar staff was getting into the party with us as much as we were! Everyone was attended to in a timely manner and the entire staff played a huge role in making the night so welcoming and engaging. The layout worked perfectly for our group, too. The garden transformed into our dance floor that easily fit all of our guests together and the rooftop served as such a unique and beautiful setting for our ceremony. I truthfully don’t have enough positive things to say about the staff and the venue. Not to mention that the pricing for our event was all inclusive (bar, food, venue, DJ, decor, etc.) which made it super easy to keep track of everything and was also WAY more affordable than other venues within the area. Thank you, LNF, for the best experience I could’ve asked for going into my big day!
