Nestled away within the restaurant, Lady Bird is our more intimate private dining room, set apart and entirely your own. It seats up to 16 guests. Named after a champion Devon cow born in 1891. The walls are lined with artwork drawn from Chicago’s beef heritage alongside details from some of the city’s most storied restaurants. The room brings together rich wood paneling, warm light, and a touch of mid-century character. The perfect space for an intimate dinner and celebration.

Tucked away upstairs, Big Mike is our larger private dining room and a space that feels entirely your own. Named after a champion Shorthorn bull born in 1919, with a quiet nod to Michael Jordan, the greatest of the Chicago Bulls, whose restaurant once stood here. The curved ceiling takes its cue from the railroad cars the building once powered. With warm, generous service and menus tailored to the occasion, Big Mike is the kind of room people remember long after the last plate has been cleared.

This space, located on our 2nd Floor, offers a stylish blend of historic charm and contemporary design, including Holophane pendants that once lit the streets of Paris. This inviting space features a private built-in bar and rich jewel-toned lounge seating set against original brick walls. Start your big day in Beef & Liberty for cocktail hour, then head up to Beefsteak for dinner & dancing. It's also the perfect setting for engagement parties, welcome parties, after-parties, and more!

This space can accommodate up to 90 guests seated with a dance floor, 120 seated with a small dance floor, and 140 seated with no dance floor. Beefsteak offers a modern industrial space with a stylish blend of historic charm and contemporary design through the original gable ceiling of timber beams and joists. and bespoke decorative lights. Ask your event manager about the renovations coming to this exclusive 3rd floor by summer of 2026! Beefsteak is about to get a whole lot moodier. ;)
