I am honestly not even sure where to start. Charmaine was absolutely incredible. Originally, my husband and I were very nervous about hiring a florist. I mean, flowers are expensive! After a few weeks of wedding planning, however, we realized that we couldn't do it all ourselves. That's when we reached out to Charmaine. During our first call, I explicitly expressed our budget concerns with her. She made sure to keep our concerns in mind throughout the entire process, and the results were beautiful flowers that were right in our price range! Charmaine was consistently professional, kind, and she always responded to my texts and calls within minutes. Even though I hired her as a florist, she turned out to be a wonderful wedding planner as well! The florals were absolutely stunning! She went above and beyond for both the ceremony and reception. We received so many complements on them. I cannot recommend her enough for weddings and events!

  • Serves Truxton, NY

Willow Floral Studios creates unique, modern arrangements for weddings and events in the Finger Lakes Region and beyond. From elopements to large installations, we treat each client with the same care. Our focus is bringing your vision to reality.

Willow Floral Studios was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our first interaction with David and the team, their communication style was open, honest, and helpful, which put us at ease. Whenever we asked for David’s input on other decor (signage, day-of paper, jewelry), he was quick to respond and very constructive with his feedback. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - their floral arrangements were unique, classy, timeless and filled with vibrant, colorful blooms. They seamlessly incorporated special charms into my bouquet, and creatively included shades of purple and orange throughout the ceremony and reception decor, which perfectly matched our dream wedding palette. Willow Floral Studios exceeded our expectations and helped make our special day even more beautiful. We highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (93 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Truxton, NY

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
I recommend 100% using flower moxie if you want to DIY your flowers. My cousin used them for her wedding and had a great experience so I decided to use for mine as well. I was worried since my wedding was on a Sunday that a Thursday delivery would have my flowers wilting by the time of the actual wedding. It was perfect. The flowers lasted so long. The recipes for the arrangements are easy to follow. Everyone loved my florals and was surprised it was DIY. I would totally use them again.

The Faux Bouquets
Rating: 5.0 (43 reviews)
  • Starts at $175
  • Serves Truxton, NY

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Awarded Best of Zola
We were so delighted to use The Faux Bouquets for our wedding. We ended up having a family emergency that forced us to downsize the size and budget of the wedding just a few months before the wedding, and the team at TFB were so accommodating and helped us to find a solution that still allowed us to use their flowers in our (modified) ceremony. We were a bit concerned about the flowers getting smushed in shipping, but they arrived looking absolutely STUNNING and with plenty of time before the big day. Even my gardener of a grandma couldn't tell they weren't real flowers! We were so happy with how everything looked on the day, and in pictures they look just as lovely. Can't recommend The Faux Bouquets enough! There's no visual difference compared to real bouquets and they are much more affordable. The last big selling point that I would advise future brides, and I did not really consider this, is that because the flowers don't wilt, we could set the decor out the night before--which is a LIFESAVER to not have to worry about on the special day! Anything that will save you time and stress on the day of the wedding is a big win!

Y’ALL literally look no further for your floral and decorative wedding needs! I am absolutely AMAZED with what heather and her team were able to accomplish for my wedding day. The artistry, professionalism, attention to detail, communication, ALL of it is truly impressive and I couldn’t be more thankful! The entire year leading up to my wedding I have been in touch with heather and she has been SO patient, helpful, and amenable to my pickiness lol. Everything was exactly the way I pictured in my head (even better actually). As soon as she arrived to the venue, she came to drop off our BEAUTIFUL bouquets at the bridal suite, gave my a hug, basically said “don’t worry I got this” and I never saw her again lol she came, dropped some magic, and vanished! Never had to worry about a thing with her there. I am so incredibly thankful for her and her team, 10000 thank yous! Highly highly highly recommend!

The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!

Dean Street Daisies
Rating: 5.0 (12 reviews)
  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Truxton, NY

Hi there! I’m Karina, an architect turned floral designer dabbling in all things daisies and more! My enthusiasm for floristry began in Brooklyn as a way to express my love for nature and design, but mostly so I could bring color, life, and beauty into my apartment on, you guessed it, Dean Street! Now, Dean Street Daisies has blossomed into a full-service floral and event design studio along the Hudson River where we design with form, texture, and palette in mind, creating florals that feel intentional, dynamic, and unmistakably memorable. When submitting an inquiry, you must include a floral specific budget to connect with us. Thank you!

Awarded Best of Zola
If I could do my wedding all over again, I would just so that I can re-live how amazing my flowers were at my wedding!!! I was introduced to Karina from Dean Street Daisies by a colleague at work after I mentioned to him how anxious I was about my flowers for the wedding. I emailed Karina, and in less than 24 hours she scheduled a consultation meeting with me and had been nothing but a delight to work with since then. We bonded on the fact that we are both architects, so I knew how responsible, detail oriented, and design focused she would be. I was not too sure what I wanted in the beginning, so during our consultation, she helped guide me through specific questions about my vision, what colors I'm attracted to, what type of flowers I typically like, etc. Her consultation helped me do a more thorough research, so after I sent her a general moodboard, Karina quickly built and shared with me a design presentation along with a detailed cost analysis that was perfectly within my budget. Karina was honest and upfront from the beginning about how much things would cost, and helped me find the right balance of number of arrangements/ types of flowers that would be around my budget and still fit my vision. And let me tell you... I went from not prioritizing flowers on my wedding day, to the flowers becoming the most important feature of the day! They were absolutely MAGICAL. Everyone was raving about them, and two months later, I still go through all my pictures and daydream about how beautiful my arrangements and bouquets were. If I could give 10 stars for Karina's artistry, professionalism, and commitment to her important role in my wedding I would. Thank you again!!

Working with Jill and her team was an absolute delight. They not only met but truly exceeded my expectations for our wedding day floral arrangements. Despite providing several conflicting inspiration photos, Jill and her talented team masterfully translated my vision into the most stunning ceremony and reception arrangements imaginable. I was utterly thrilled with the results. What impressed me even more was their unwavering professionalism in the face of challenging weather. When it began to pour rain, Jill's team remained completely unfazed. They diligently worked through the downpour (which fortunately stopped just in time for our outdoor ceremony) to ensure everything was set up beautifully. I am profoundly grateful for their exceptional vision, remarkable creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. Jill and her team's expertise and dedication played a crucial role in making our wedding day truly magical. Their ability to bring my floral dreams to life, even under difficult circumstances, was nothing short of impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to any couple seeking extraordinary floral arrangements for their special day.

Isabelle is so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient; a true artist with their flowers :') I emailed Isabelle to ask about DIY floral arrangements for our June 2025 wedding. We had such a fun time thinking up ways to engage my partner and I's family and friends, and Isabelle came up with the idea for a flower arranging party in their beautiful shop. The day before our wedding, we had our family try their hand at floral design. They had so many questions (ie, "Am I doing this right?" "What kind of flower is THIS?!"), and Isabelle greeted them all with understanding and care. AND there was handmade herbal tea and strong air conditioning on a 95-degree day. It was an experience I will never forget; thank you, Isabelle & the folks who make Fairy Meadow Flowers so special! :') Photo credit: Ken Yotsukura (& family/friends)

Wilder Gardens and Flowers
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)
  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Truxton, NY

Hi! I'm Alex, owner and lead designer of Wilder, a wedding florist and floral design studio serving NYC, Syracuse, Rochester, The Finger Lakes, and beyond! Wilder has created florals for galas, fashion shows, and weddings at some of the best NYC venues for over a decade, and more recently, at boutique venues in Central New York. We approach our beautifully wild wedding flowers with passion, cohesiveness, and an environmental ethic, taking inspiration from the landscape around us. Most of my design blends more obvious blooms with forage from my land upstate, so that your wedding feels seasonal, natural, original and (elegantly ) wild.

My husband and I were looking for an understated yet intimate and personal feel for our NYC wedding. We did not want anything that looked over the top, but we did want our flowers to be beautiful and to feel like us. Alex understood exactly what we wanted in seconds, and even found ways to reference some of the traveling we had done together, giving our wedding an added personal touch. We also had fun collaborating with her on palette and all aspects of decor. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

L & L is a bespoke wedding and event floral design studio servicing the Hudson Valley and Catskill regions of NY. We're a couple of flower loving gals with a passionate about creating beauty for life's most celebrated moments. Our designs are a perfect combination of wild and romantic. Lush blooms, textured greenery and foraged elements from our cutting gardens as well as from the wild are what define our natural aesthetic.

Sara is the kindest, most talented florist! She was incredibly easy to work with and made our wedding venue look STUNNING!!! She took so much time prepping beforehand and making everything look perfect! The colors complimented perfectly with the venue and wedding parties! Would choose lavender and leaf designs 100 times over!

Highland Springs Floral

In May of 2015, when I got married, we only had a week long engagement, so we collected bridal veil and lily of the valley from our gardens, and my mother cut lilacs from my grandmother's shrub. Every year, on our anniversary, our table is graced with the same flowers that I carried on my wedding day, and I have been enamored with the local flower movement ever since. We grow our flowers in harmony with nature. Our gardens are biodiverse, regenerative and naturally maintained. We design each arrangement in the spirit of mother nature; honored, collected and arranged by an artists' hand. We use sustainable techniques and no foam.

10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a brilliant, hardworking, passionate, and creative florist. We met with Sarah throughout our planning process and she worked with us and our planner to understand and bring our vision to life. She clearly understood the assignment. Every detail was perfect. Everything she created was unique and matched exactly what we were looking for. By growing her own flowers, she has an intimate understanding of what will work best. She created an incredible arch out of branches and flowers, aisle meadows that got repurposed to center pieces, and a variety of centerpieces for our 21 tables. Each table had its own, unique look - some with raised meadows, some with a mix of candles and bud vases, and some with a vase of flowers and candles. Our head table had 28 people, and she made each place setting feel special. She works hard to be as sustainable as possible, sourcing and thrifting vessels from local shops and vendors, and drying and reusing flowers when possible. Everything she created was beautiful, including a big fall bouquet. She also created a totally custom ceiling installation that hung over the dance floor - an absolute show stopper that all of our guests loved, and that the venue thinks will inspire some of their future events. Cannot recommend Highland Springs Floral highly enough.

WOOD FLOWERS that last a lifetime. At Pine & Petal Weddings, we believe flowers should endure as long as the memories they celebrate. Our handcrafted sola wood bouquets and décor go beyond fleeting blooms—capturing your story in pieces that last for years. From walking down the aisle to gifting a friend or gathering around the table, our wooden flowers are keepsakes that bring joy, comfort, and timeless beauty to life’s most meaningful moments.

I can’t say enough good things about Pine and Petal Wood Flowers! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Vanessa Ward throughout the entire process, and she was incredible. I was completely lost when it came to choosing colors and styles, but Vanessa helped me pick shades that perfectly matched my wedding color scheme and flowers that suited my taste beautifully. She was so communicative, kind, and accommodating—especially when I needed my flowers made and shipped on a tight timeline. Everything arrived on time and looked stunning! I would highly recommend Pine and Petal to anyone looking for elegant, timeless, and long-lasting floral arrangements. We plan to have our bouquet proudly on display as a beautiful reminder of our wedding day, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!
