Born in Hanover, NH, Ellen began studying the violin at 6 years old. She attended Middlebury College in Vermont, where she earned an Anthropology degree and won the Middlebury College Concerto Competition in 2009. She also had the opportunity to record with a tango band while studying abroad in Buenos Aires. In 2010, Ellen moved west to study at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. There, she earned a Master of Music in violin performance and gave two solo recitals. She was a member of a gypsy folk band that played throughout San Francisco.

My goal is to give you a wedding experience that will inspire you for the rest of your life. I believe every couple deserves a kickass third wheel who will not only document their day as it happens, but also build an intentional relationship with them as people - not just clients. As a 2nd generation Tahoe native & someone who ditched tradition myself (I eloped on top of a mountain in 2017!), I strive to create a space that allows inspiration, empowerment, and adventure to intersect & come to life. I specialize in weddings with 40 guests or less.

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service Only. We specialize in gourmet sodas and specialty drinks. We do not provide or serve alcohol. Depending on your needs, we can bring the trailer with our full menu or our beverage cart with a few drinks customized to you. We can come to events with as little as 50 people, or as many as 300+. The Tahoe Gal is an iconic 120 passenger paddle wheeler located in Lake Tahoe, California, The Tahoe Gal cruises daily to Emerald Bay and along the North and West Shores of Lake Tahoe. Our boat has a gorgeous upper deck and a spacious lower deck with a full bar, galley kitchen and seating for 60+. We can provide the linens, flowers and mroe to make the space extra special. We also offer our "Commodore Saloon", which is a private space for a group of up to 30 that you can rent during one of our public cruises. This is a great fit for a Bachelorette party, small rehearsal dinner or intimate wedding!
