Owner

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service Only. We specialize in gourmet sodas and specialty drinks. We do not provide or serve alcohol. Depending on your needs, we can bring the trailer with our full menu or our beverage cart with a few drinks customized to you. We can come to events with as little as 50 people, or as many as 300+. We would love to help make your day a little more bubbly, Happy Sipping!

We have a patio on the back of the trailer with seating for some cute pictures! We can bring yummy treats that differ depending on the season and your requests. We have a wide variety of sodas including Root Beer, Dr. Pepper, Sprite, Coke and even Pink Lemonade with a large selection of Torani syrups to choose from to add in.

    So Incredibly Pleased

    Urban Sips provided exceptional drink services and beverages for our event. Their communication was quick, detailed, clear, and empathetic throughout the planning process. They were collaborative, reliable, responsible, honest, and proactive in ensuring the beverage menu was finalized well in advance so we didn't have to stress about it on the big day. I felt completely assured that they had everything under control, and they did! Their open communication made me feel so much more relaxed about having drinks catered. Urban Sips was very reliable, responsive, and took care of everything drink-wise for our event to go seamlessly. I highly recommend their services.

    Refreshing and Fun!!

    Urban Sips provided excellent communication and was quick and responsive, which put us at ease during the planning process. On the day of, their team delivered service with a smile and ensured one less thing for us to worry about. They were professional, punctual, and even made the soda bar experience fun for all our guests. We particularly loved the creamsicle-flavored soda they offered, which was a big hit. And, the trailer with the back seating area and market lights was a big hit with the guests. Overall, Urban Sips played a key role in making our event more fun for everyone.

    Urban Sips provided incredible soda services and beverages for us. From the start, their communication was great, and they were professional and friendly. The quality of their work and the value they provided was outstanding - the drinks were tasty and refreshing, and the team showed genuine compassion in working with us. They were able to save us time and accommodate our specific needs, making them a true asset on our special day. We couldn't recommend Urban Sips highly enough for any couple looking for top-notch services for their event.


Depending on the package you choose, there could be a fee for over 5 miles or over 10 miles from Roseville, Ca.
No! We can do an event of any day of the week, as long as we don't already have an event booked for that day.
We understand that this is a busy time for you and we don't want to be another appointment you have to worry about. Unless you want to taste test the drinks you choose for your menu, we can work everything out over the phone/email! If you would like to taste test, we recommend doing so about 2-4 weeks before the event.
We recommend booking at least 3 months prior to the event to secure your date. We don't require a specific amount of time in advance to reserve your date but depending on the time of year, we can get booked up pretty quickly, especially on weekends. We will accept events requested less than 3 months in advance if we are available.
Yes. We have liability and general coverage. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance/add the venue as an additional insured to any venue that requests it.
We bring everything that we will need. We have out bar carts and trailer, ice, cups, straws lids, sodas, syrups, and creamer. You/the the venue don't need to provide anything but the guests!
We typically plan to arrive 30 minutes to an hour before the requested time for our set up. With break down, we can be all wrapped up in 15-30 minutes, although both could take less time if we have the trailer!
We require a 50% retainer at the time of booking to secure your date. Final headcount and balance are due 14 days before the event date.
Yes! If you have flowers, balloons, or any other decorations that you would like to add the the trailer, we would love to set that up for you!
