On site crews including planners, building managers, all the way down to the groundskeepers all have the same vision - to make sure everybody's experience is incredible. It's hard to run a venue. It's really hard to run a venue well. It's almost unheard of to have a venue run extremely well consistently, week after week. This is the diamond standard for us!”

Initially, the 62-acre Het Landhuis Estate was part of a 1,000-acre farm owned by the Henderson family who operated a tanyard in the area, making saddles and other leather items. One day a future bride drove past Het Landhuis; she stopped in the main driveway and asked if she could get married there.
