I started as a videographer, and because of that, I want my photos with more movement, and that can feel, in a lot of ways, more like something that is actually happening and not just a regular pose. I do editorial and fashion, so I’m open to concepts and new ideas. But mostly, I really like the movement in it. My journey as a photographer has always been something more creative and artistic.

I think there’s a real absence of authenticity in today’s world. Everywhere we look, people are polishing themselves into a perfect image for the internet. But that’s not where the beauty is. The beauty lives in the real moments — the big, loud, messy, emotional, human ones you can’t stage or script. That’s what I chase.
