I am Olivia Erenberger (pronounced Aaron Burger, like the hamburger) your fun and quirky and boho, Jesus loving, Texas country obsessed photographer based out of Tampa, Florida and Solon, Iowa. For the longest time, I wondered what made a great photographer? Is it an expensive camera and equipment, or maybe the extensive education and fancy extra letter in your degree? The answer became clear to me that everyone can take a photo, but not just anyone can capture a moment. While those things help make up a photographer what is consistently remembered is how you tell a story through an image.

I'll never forget the first time I went to the Rocky Mountains with my family, I was absolutely blown away by how beautiful everything was. I clearly remember thinking I HAD to get as many pictures as I could so I would never forget a single second of that vacation. And from that moment on, a love of capturing memories emerged. In college, I landed a job as a photographer for the newspaper and was a TA for film photography. I chose a major in psychology, but admittedly, I spent most of my time shooting events on campus or in the dark room obsessing about the perfect exposure.

During my time at The University of Iowa, I immersed myself in the world of art, majoring in Studio Art. My coursework encompassed a wide range of disciplines, including art history, photography, design, painting, drawing, ceramics, printmaking, and metalworking. While I loved exploring these various mediums, I found myself torn between them, unable to decide on a single career path. One night, a brilliant idea struck me: I didn't have to choose.
