Music On Move was established in 1997 by owner/entertainer Hobie Armstrong. He has been in the entertainment business for over 20 years and continues to have a true passion for what he does. Hobie, a Marist Alumni & Up With People Alumni, has performed hundreds of events all over the United States as well as in other countries.

Our high energy show contains all upbeat, fun songs from every genre of popular music. Growing up, DJ Theo would tag along with his father DJ Leo. By providing assistance and being “hands on” during the setup of mobile DJ equipment, assisting as an emcee and mixing during the events, DJ Theo was able to gather the necessary skills to begin a DJ career in the Washington D.C. Metro area. DJ Theo is able to deejay for large crowds and has the ability to entertain at weddings and corporate events with a variety of music. Using the latest software and professional sound equipment, DJ Theo is able to combine music to satisfy guests of all ages, keeping everyone dancing.

The Vintage DJ presents the most electrifying music of the 20th Century as it was meant to be experienced! Spinning only original 45s, 33s and 78s from the 1920s through the 1970s on two tube-powered vintage record players, The Vintage DJ arrives and we hear that unique sound, filling the air with the feeling that anything is possible. His killer record collection runs the gamut between Jazz and Latin, Soul and R&B, Rock ’n’ Roll, British Invasion, Reggae and much more. As The Vintage DJ, Jonathan has been setting dance floors alight from New York City to Shanghai to Los Angeles.

I am a NY-based Harpist with over 18 years of experience. I have been fortunate enough to play for dozens of professional events and weddings along the East Coast. I have performed at many different events, from weddings to corporate Holiday parties to tea parties to retirement parties. Some of the locations I have been lucky to perform include the Marriott Marquis in Times Square and The Willard Intercontinental in Washington D.C. Most recently I was selected to be a featured musician on an episode of the Drew Barrymore show!

Moonlight Music is a woman-owned, LGBTQ+-owned party band company based in New York City, New York, offering premier live music for weddings and special events. This band was created by the members of Madame Daley & The Starchild Band, who decided to transfer their focus from rock clubs to weddings. With a new band name, Moonlight Rollers, they provide bespoke live music services for celebrations of all kinds.
