Our DJ company starts with vibing with our clients. We feel that is really really important. By taking the time to listen to your vision with a quick chat we can tell a-lot about each other and see if we are a match. Picky sometimes to a fault we realize every couple is not our couple and do not just book couples just to fill the calendar. Thats not fair to either of us. At the end of any event we usually are good friends and miss talking to each other. You wouldn't have it any other way.

From the beginning when I started this company I said jeez " You shouldn't have to go broke to have an awesome wedding or event!!". You will be hiring a very unique DJ company. You will not be just another # or a couple to fill the calendar. We help make great memories while making friends and being sure to most importantly vibe (which is huge in our opinion) with our clients. We take most pride in doing great event's that leave you with a memory for years and guests leaving with no shoes on saying "this was the best wedding" they have been to.     45th Mardi Gras Birthday Bash

    DJ Heywood and DeShaun were amazing HANDS DOWN!!!! I requested a 90's playlist and they delivered 100%. My guests and myself were dancing all night long! And the guests could not stop raving about how great the DJ was. I even chose the photo booth package and happy I did so as my guests enjoyed uploading their pics immediately to their social media platforms. There is nothing to think about and just book with DJ Heywood! You won't regret it! I plan on using them for my daughter's Sweet 16 in two years! You can't go wrong!

    A very entertaining and friendly DJ

    DJ Heywood did a fantastic job at our wedding. He kept our guests entertained, participated in some of the songs, and was quite culturally aware of some of the songs I wanted. We would HIGHLY recommend him for any event needing a DJ!

    Awesome DJ

    Dj Heywood was amazing to work with. He had everyone going all night. Played all the songs that we asked to before hand and was prepared for everything we had to throw at him even some line dancing requests.

We like to play something to make sure everyone is happy and hears something they like. It can always be done!
Yes we do! And love it! Our Mobile planning app lets you get started planning the music and the timeline right away from your couch in your pj's if you'd like. You can also send it to all your guests to hop in on the music requests. Of course they wont see the particulars but Aunt Amy can make all the request she wants ahead of time.
Yes we do! Included in our MVP package is ceremony audio coverage. You really want your guests to hear what we think is a very important if not the most important part of the day. We will play some prelude music for when guests arrive and the the wedding will be heard by all the guests and then some music after the I do's!! yeahhh!!
Yes. A venue insurance certificate is provided for the venue and for your records.
Our style is to try to stick with your vision and of-course put our spin on it. You want everyone to have a good time at your wedding and thats what we want as well. Hopefully everyone goes home with shoes off and tired feet! Mission accomplished!
Approximately 2 hours before. Sometimes a little more depending on the locations and level of service.
Yes. We offer uplighting starting in our MVP package or ala-carte. We also have an open air digital Photo Booth and an enclosed digital photo booth cube that brings the wow factor as an upgrade. All digital (No Prints) so there isn't a line of guests standing around all night.You'll get a zip file email with a copy of every picture taken to do with what you please. You and your guest will love it.
