Fat Zach's Wood Fired Pizza debuted in 2018 as a small food cart on the corner of Pioneer and 2nd in downtown Puyallup. As of March 2020, we now offer you the same great pizza in a space where you can sit down and stay awhile located in Sumner, we hope to become a destination point for travelers from around the US - and a bragging right for the residence of Sumner. While passionate about Greek and Italian cuisines, Mike has also mastered flavors from Mexican and Middle Eastern kitchens. A graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado, Mike is currently the executive chef and owner of Home Bites. He focuses on creating memorable dining experiences that foster connections and celebrate life’s special moments through food.
