The Farm at 42 offically opened it's doors in March of 2018! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio with heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. In addition, we have a smaller space (The Maple Room) that is perfect for those more intimate weddings of 60 guests or less, with "micro wedding" pricing. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 95, which we opened as our original location in 2013. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has a few different finishes, skylight and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

Down a gravel road, surrounded by lush fields is a sweet & elegant, unique, farm venue. With a pond & a goose or two, we can make your event amazing! Doug and Cindy Carroll opened the venue in 2005 with the first wedding being held in 2006. Doug’s grandson, Paul, now takes care of the property and his wife Monica handles the day to day operations and even coordinates some of the weddings. Initially, the 62-acre Het Landhuis Estate was part of a 1,000-acre farm owned by the Henderson family who operated a tanyard in the area, making saddles and other leather items. One day a future bride drove past Het Landhuis; she stopped in the main driveway and asked if she could get married there. That conversation changed the course of the estate, and Het Landhuis had its Grand Opening in 2010. Het Landhuis is not your ordinary location for a wedding; this becomes obvious once you visit the grounds and look at the eight different venues the estate offers. Het Landhuis presents you with a magical setting for your storybook wedding!
