Whether you're looking for a place to hold a formal gathering or wedding, or need a more relaxed environment for a family reunion, party for any occasion or festival, The Longhouse is the perfect destination for your function. Beautifully situated at the top of a hill overlooking a lake on approximately 450 acres tree farm and wildlife preserve. The Longhouse building has a large hall that can be used in a variety of ways. It's cathedral ceiling and large stone hearth make it both beautifully spacious and warm and inviting. The Pavilion at Black Water Junction was built by our family, for our family. We used old wood, old doors, huge rocks, and live edge boards, all found on the farm. We decorated with special things from our family. All of this makes our venue a very special place that we would like to share with you!

Apple Ridge Farm is a non-profit venue, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Coper Hill, VA that is perfect for your rustic wedding dreams. 100% of the proceeds from your wedding goes directly to sending children to camp each summer. Today, the chapel has been meticulously renovated, preserving its vintage charm while incorporating modern amenities. Magnolia Hill remains a house of worship which has stunning architecture and intimate ambiance.
