      White Chapel Farm & Venue can accommodate up to 200 guests and includes a variety of thoughtful amenities: tables and chairs, optional linens, a full prep kitchen, a commercial ice maker, and ample on-site parking. Couples will love the private bridal suite, complete with a full kitchen, fireplace, and ensuite bath, as well as the groom’s quarters featuring a lounge and balcony.

      The venue has a set guest capacity of 200 guests (children count as guests) under the current policy.
      For weekend prime-season (April–Nov), the rental includes three days (Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon) with time frames typically Friday 10 am–11 pm; Saturday 7 am–11 pm; Sunday 10 am–3 pm or similar.
      A damage deposit of $500 is required (for minor damages, cleaning, etc) and due at about 30 days prior.
      Cancellations prior to event date are non-refundable. Specifics depend on the event type/duration.
      Pets may be allowed for the ceremony area, but must remain on leash/monitored/crated and the client must clean up after. Venue insurance does not cover pets.
