“The Riverview was the most amazing wedding venue we could have ever dreamt of! We highly recommend this place to every couple looking for the perfect venue for their big day and here’s why: • PRICING was SO reasonable, the packages you get for the price you pay is truly unbeatable. You get an open bar, a multi course meal (served or buffet style - we opted for served), a FOUR tiered cake, butler passed hors d’oeuvres, and SO MUCH MORE. We had a guest list of 200 people attending our wedding and this venue made our dream wedding not only a possibility, but a lavish reality without forcing us to spend our whole life savings! • SERVICE was absolutely impeccable. From the minute we set foot into the venue till we walked out as husband and wife, we were treated like royalty every step of the way. Not only did they pamper us as the bride and groom but they ensured that every single family member, our whole bridal party, and each individual guest had every single thing we could’ve ever asked for or needed on our big day. KAYLA, MEGHAN, the coordination team, the bridal attendants, the bartenders, and the whole staff ensured that our wedding played out without a hitch. When my husband’s suit tore right before the ceremony, MEGHAN was on deck with a sewing kit within seconds to save the day. No detail was forgotten and KAYLA and her team made sure any last minute details and requests were delivered to a T. We always felt nothing but cared for and like the whole world revolved around us. Our multicultural ceremonies flowed seamlessly (which is so hard to do with numerous Indian ceremonies and American ceremonies on the same day). The staff was educated and so respectful for our traditions. • FOOD - where do I even begin with the food? The Chef knows what he’s doing. Every appetizer, hors d’oeuvre, entree, side, pastry, and bite was made with love and careful precision. The chef was so thoughtful and curated a menu of not only delicious timeless wedding staples, but he sprinkled in the most delightful Indian dishes to appeal to every taste (and dietary restriction) in attendance. Numerous guests commented on how every dish served was a hit. • THE DRINKS were flowing all night. From welcome drinks to the open bar, we told our guests to come thirsty and the venue DELIVERED. The BARTENDERS were so skilled and they made sure each (puppy themed) signature drink they served represented the love we have for our 2 sweet boys in addition to every drink they concocted throughout the night. • THE VIEWS were unparalleled. With the Farmington River as the ultimate backdrop, the venue made our early spring wedding look like a fairytale. We had nothing but positive feedback from our guests regarding the beautiful venue. In summary, we have nothing but high praise for this venue and our big day would not have been as perfect without the Riverview or their trusted vendor recommendations!”

“I can’t even put into words how special my wedding was thanks to The Lake House (but I’m going to try lol). I found this location on Zola and when I contacted the owner, Paul, it was like speaking to an old friend even though we had never met before. He is so sincere and thoughtful and has the best tips and tricks for wedding planning. I never hired a wedding planner and I was a little overwhelmed in the beginning of my planning process but Paul was there every step of the way for me. He answered all my emails filled with dumb questions and he advised me in the best way. Carole, my wedding coordinator at the venue, was an absolute gem as well and made things so easy. My wedding was 11/16/24 (the last wedding of their season!) and I still have guests telling me how fantastic everything was. Especially the FOOD. I truly dream about the filet mignon and tiramisu we had about twice a week lol. I can’t say enough amazing things about this venue. I would have my next birthday party here just so I can see Paul and Carole again and eat more of the delicious food lol. The location is GORGEOUS and they truly made my wedding the best night of my entire life.”

Gabriella was incredible - she helped us through every step of the planning process and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. On the wedding day, she did a phenomenal job coordinating all the details with us, our vendors and kept things running smoothly - my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without the stress thanks to her. The food was also excellent - our wedding was a few weeks ago, and guests are still raving about how much food we had and how great it was. The service was also excellent - all of the staff was friendly, efficient and brought the energy... even on the dancefloor! And of course, the venue was gorgeous and was perfect for our guest count and personal tastes. “We are so happy to have had our wedding at The Farms Country Club! Our entire experience from booking all the way to the big day was amazing thanks to the beautiful venue and phenomenal staff services. We and our guests loved the atmosphere and decor of the reception area and the covered deck made for a wonderful ceremony in the rain. The bridal and groom suites were perfect spaces for prep with our wedding parties. It was such an easy and fun time working with Kristi as our Wedding Coordinator. She happily guided us through the planning process, easily answered all of our questions, and always strove to make any ideas we had reality. We especially appreciated this for my husbands’ food allergies, as Kristi and the kitchen staff had no problems accommodating - nearly all of the food served for our buffet dinner was allergen-free! She was always a text, email, or even phone call away and responded quickly. On our wedding day she ran the event with just as much ease and professionalism while still taking time to check in on us. Through it all Kristi has been incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful and we are so grateful for all the work she and the staff put in for us.
