“We used the Tree Top Room. A little under 100 guests. The outdoor ceremony space is beautiful. It’s deceiving because we were wondering how our guests would fit but it was more than enough. It’s also shaded which was perfect for a hot day. Wedding packages are very inclusive and don’t leave a lot for you to worry about. We went with the Ruby package which included 4 passed apps, a cheese and fruit display, champagne toast, salad course, choice of 3 entrees, wedding cake allowance and center pieces for the reception tables(sweet heart table was an extra fee but was reasonable). We added a late night snack station as well. We worked with Janet and had a Day of coordinator, banquet captain and a bridal attendant. The entire staff were absolutely amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests about how smoothly everything went, how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. If you are looking for an all inclusive place that will literally do everything and take away any chance of stress.. I cannot recommend them enough!! They really know what they are doing!”

“The Sonesta team is truly exceptional. Every year, our Thanksgiving dinner becomes a highlight of the fall semester, thanks entirely to the incredible people who make it happen. From the thoughtful planning process with Christopher, who is organized, flexible, and wonderfully easy to work with, to the seamless on-site coordination from Kevin (Event Manager), Brandon (KVL AV technician), and the rest of the staff, everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are unmatched. Every staff member we’ve interacted with, from buffet attendants to coat check to the cleanup crew, has been consistently kind, welcoming, and attentive. The team is proactive, responsive, and always ready with solutions, which makes hosting a large-scale event feel effortless. We always feel valued and genuinely cared for here, and we’re incredibly grateful for the Sonesta’s partnership year after year.”
