After years of exploring different paths, they decided to combine their love for the ocean, the environment, and entrepreneurship. In 2017, they launched Swell Oyster Company—the first, and still the only, oyster farm in Hampton Harbor, New Hampshire. Today, they’re dedicated to sustainably cultivating premium oysters while enriching the local ecosystem and bringing a fresh, authentic coastal experience to their community.
