Do you have a minimum for weddings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, generally our minimums are between $2250 and $6500. They depend HEAVILY on your event date and also location (proximity from our home-base). These minimums include food AND beverage (for those that decide to have us handle bar service as well!). It is worth noting that our F&B minimums are exclusive of additional charges like travel, labor, gratuity, etc. Please reach out with any additional questions!

Do you offer tastings?

We definitely offer customized tastings at our restaurant in Quechee, VT! If you have not signed a contract yet, there is generally a small fee (think of it as a cheap, but DELICIOUS, meal out!). If you have already paid your deposit and signed with us, we are happy to have both of you plus a friend or family - or TWO! - come by to really dive into the menu!

How many times do we meet before the wedding?

This is ENTIRELY up to YOU! We have worked with clients who book and then go 'radio silent' for months. We also have clients who book and then pretty regularly have questions as they get further in to the planning process. We are happy to chat as OFTEN or as infrequently as you'd like between the day you sign your contract and about two weeks prior to your event. Around the two week mark, we will want to have an in depth final planning call to hammer out all of the important details if we haven't already done so prior to that date.

Do you offer help with rentals?

With us, there is NO NEED for any rentals as it relates to our food and beverage offerings. We bring ALL necessary serviceware (plates, roll ups, app plates, taco boats, forks, cups, etc.). We use high-end compostable materials (pictures available on request) which almost ALL of our clients (86 in 2024 alone) decide to go with. You ARE welcome to rent your own china but we do not necessarily staff a crew to bus/scrape/rack rentals so you will want to make arrangements ahead of the event!

How far out do you recommend booking your services?

This WILDLY depends on your date. Generally, if you are excited about our services and want to book us, do it ASAP (we book most of our parties between around 9-13 months out). That said, last minute cancellations or random dates where we do not find the right party for our parameters means there is always a chance we might be available - ESPECIALLY since we have TWO taco trailers for each date!

What is your service area?

We'll go anywhere in VT and mostly anywhere in NH. We do have travel fees associated with distance/time from our home-base. Travel fees generally run between $750 and $1500. If we end up booking an event more than 2 hours away, there may be an overnight charge for our crew as well. We love catering but they are LONG days (averaging 13 to 15 hours) and we want to ensure our staff arrives home safely after putting in such hard work.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We can certainly cater to a WIDE variety of dietary preferences and restrictions! ONE of the many beauties of a food truck is that almost everything is made to order on site. Your guests can come up and order their tacos any which way they would like and our crew is happy to run around behind to the trailer to our prep area to pull together an app plate or some sides that fit their specific needs as well! Most of our menu is inherently gluten free and our kitchen is nut free!

Do you offer cake cutting services?

Accepted Answer

We'll cut and serve cake if you'd like - however, as we tell all of our clients...while we are catering/bar pros, we are wedding cake armatures! We can't guarantee it'll look the prettiest. When in doubt...just have us serve churros with pure VT/NH maple syrup. ALWAYS a hit!
